On the quiet outskirts of the beautiful mountain village of Kals am Großglockner, a pearl of East Tyrol at the foot of the Großglockner, lies the holiday home "Haus Maritchen", right next to the chairlift. You can ski directly from the house on the Figol slope.

Do you long for a relaxing holiday in a modern holiday home with a dreamlike location in the mountains? Then Kals is just right for you! The house is located on a wonderful sunny slope, at an altitude of 1400 m. Here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the village and the High Tauern mountains, with peaks higher than 3000 m.

All apartments are furnished in a modern style, with bright wooden furniture and floors and also offer a spacious seating area with satellite TV, radio, a guest toilet, two/three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, toilet, hairdryer, and a safe, and have a large terrace.
There you can enjoy the view into the valley and the impressive mountain world.

At the end of an eventful day, you return home to Kals and simply feel at home!
Five cosy apartments, luxuriously furnished and lovingly complemented with traditional details, are available for you to choose from.

There are 3 apartments with 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom (80 m² with 10 m² terrace) and 2 apartments with 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have their own bathroom (85 m² with 15 m² terrace). All apartments are also equipped with a spacious sofa bed for 2 people (180x200cm).
