"It’s slow season so many things are closed, including the restaurant and other amenities. The hotel is a bit old but well maintained. Mike works at the reception was very friendly and attentive. Any minor issues were corrected immediately. The whole island was very empty which is great to explore. We were lucky to have 2 dry days during this rainy season. It was nice to wake up to the gorgeous caldera view. "

"The hotel is quite large and the area very convenient to both shop and services and a beach. The room we had was large and had everything we needed. Staff at the front desk gave us different answers to similar questions so it was a bit confusing (eg using the phone). The pool is very nice but it would be nice if it opened before 11am. "The service is ! I did not like that we had to pay for coffee when supposedly coffee is supposed to be included. Breakfast could use major improvement. Orange juice was processed, not fressly squeezed. fresh squeezed orange juice was available at a much higher price. This hotel truly has five star potential if they change their breakfast, and include good coffee. The coffee was terrible. "
