"These were hands down the most comfortable beds and pillows we've experienced on this trip to Europe, and the trip included stays at three Hiltons and several other Hilton properties. Breakfast at FH Witt is also slightly better than at some/most Euro Hiltons. Not way better, good variety but exceptional quality. Room service was amazing. Dozens of good-quality restaurants within 5 blocks. Parking is extremely easy, we parked right in front of the entrance for a few euros every evening....

"Lovely hotel, old feel. Dinner of soup salad and bread included, as well as breakfast. Walking distance to train and beautiful Kalmar Castle. Food was great, room lovely. Staff made all the difference—lovely and welcoming. This hotel is a gem!"

"Excellent value for money. The key benefits about the hotel is its location and the free breakfast which is very good. That said, the rooms are VERY small. The lighting in the room is inadequate, there is no closet or shelves for clothes and just 4 electrical outlets in the room very inconveniently places. "The pictures do not do it justice. If you are from North America this will give you the ultimate cozy Scandinavian vibe. The lighting, candles even during breakfast, and room decor was such a welcome in the cold rainy days in October. It was bare bones with no conditioner, shampoo, hair dryer but still simple, cozy with warm people working there. The beautiful library is across the street and great to see. So quick and easy to the downtown centre. Centrally located. We loved our stay!!"

"Family (2 adults, 2 children) stayed in a Premium Room. Would recommend. Lots of space with 2 separate bedrooms (1 for adults, 1 with 2 singles for children) plus open area with Kitchenette / Lounge / Dining. "The hotel, spa and restaurant were great. The only complaint was the standard of the room, which really could do with a revamp (especially for 300 euro a night). A better bed, unscratched floor and smart TV would be a good start. The room looked like it hadn’t had an upgrade for about fifteen years."
