Very nice place. Everything was very clean. The cabin is beautiful and the property is very nice. We had a very relaxing and peaceful stay. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Nice comfortable secluded Cain in woods with all the amenities you would expect. Clean and comfortable. Very nice inside setting. Great for all 4 seasons.
Great cabin but no walking to the lake to fish as it’s all private !
Host Pam is absolutely amazing . She goes above and beyond to make your stay amazing .
FYI says 2 min walk to the lake but want you to know that’s not a usable point at the lake as it’s all private on that side of the lake
Perfect spot for us. Everyone in area is so friendly. We would definitely stay again if in the area. Great little public beach area nearby, water was warm and views were beautiful. My son enjoyed the privacy of the detached cabin.
Loved this cabin. Very cute and cozy and lots of privacy. Communication with the property manager was terrific and we hope to come back during the warmer months.
This was such a great experience. My husband and I got away with our dogs for the weekend and we didn't want to go back home. We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax, enjoy the trials, water, and have the best hosts!!!!

I was hesitant on writing this review. Only in the fact I wanted to be selfish. But then I thought that's the problem in this world. This place is absolutely wonderful for a quiet get away.
The host had everything we needed. Trails to walk lake and restaurants close by. You could even bring a bike along. Nice campfire. We will definitely be bringing our family back. Thanks again, Niki for all of your help. And sharing your place with us. See you soon☺️
Property is 5 mins away from manistee lake. Has walking trails behind the home. only 30 minutes to Torch Lake, rated one of the most beautiful lakes in the world! good places to eat nearby in Kalkaska Village. and if you don’t want to venture out too far, the Marathon next to Manistee Lake has great food and a very large selection of every varierty of liquor you can think of. Just grab a good bottle of bourbon, a giant sub sandwhich and spend the night relaxing by the camp fire.
Inside was very welcoming. The property was clean and as described when we booked.
Would definitly book here again.
The host did reach out to us to make sure everything was as expected but we didnt use our phones much as we were out exploring.
This cabin is pretty awesome. A few things could get fixed up, but you can see they are working on the cabin. The one and only large knock on this place, firewood is not provided until November. Be prepared to run over to KEO on County Road 612 to grab 5 bunldles of wood for 25 bucks. Overall though, the trails are cool to explore, and the fall colors were amazing! We will be back in the future.
We had a very enjoyable stay. Very charming place with everything you need. We came to ride the ATV trails. Access to the trail system is about 2 miles away. Nikki and Pam are very responsive and helpful with questions we had about the cabin and area. We will definitely be back as there are so many trails that we didn’t have time to discover. Don’t hesitate to give this place a try!! You won’t be disappointed!!
Great location for time on trails and lakes! The covering of trees kept us cool on hot summer days. Ample parking for trailers. The neighborhood was peaceful. A delicious pizzeria and bakery was just 2 blocks away, The cabin and outdoor patio was spacious, comfortable and accommodating. And the bonus building was perfect for our grown daughter's family with little ones. Highly recommend this lovely place!
We had a wonderful time staying here. There was plenty of room to cook, eat, sleep, and play for us 4 adults and a toddler. The bakery/pizza joint just down the road was delicious!
