Large spacious home and heated entertaining area! Large groups welcome!! Great for hunters, boaters, off road enthusiast or just a getaway. ORV trail right across the road. Public boat launch near by for all sports lake. Beautiful fall colors and great winter trails. Fire pit for those cool evenings available. Play area for the kids and large front yard for games. Come stay and enjoy the Up North! Up to 2 dogs aloud. You must pick up after them.
Large entertaining area- tall tables, large sofa and sitting area with table, full kitchenette w/large fridge, pool table.

So many beds
Enjoyed our stay for our annual girls trail riding weekend. Spacious kitchen and open floor plan was nice for gathering in the morning and evening. Loved all the sleeping space.

Great place to stay to ride your sxs. Trail right across the street. Nice open floor plan house and the garage is a great place to hang out later with lots of room. Also plenty of parking for trucks and trailers

The location of this house was perfect right in the middle of everything we wanted to do, it was private, everything was clean and organized. All of the games in the garage was amazing. Best location I've stayed at.

ATV Trip
We have been going up to the Kalkaska Trail system for years this by far was the best trip. House was perfectly located on the trails and had plenty of room for trailer parking and to stretch out.

The house and shop fit our trip perfectly. Also great that it is located only a few hundred yards from the 50" trails. Outstanding communication from Jenny. Overall highly recommended. Already booked for this falls trip.

Great weekend away
Had a great time at Bear Lake. The house was very nice but the garage is amazing. We spent most of the weekend hanging out in the garage playing games and watching football. We caught some trout on Bear Lake and had a great time just hanging around the property with games and campfires.

It was a great place with plenty of room! The snowmobiling trails are right across the street, thumbs up! The bed in the main bedrrom was very comfortable. Could use a bathroom in the basement for the bedrooms in the basement. Will stay again!

Direct Trail Access
If you looking to ride the Kalkaska Trail system, there is no better place. Literally across the street and you are in the trails. Clean cabin with everything you would ever need with a bonus party garage perfect for any group size. A must stay.

Guys weekend.
This property was perfect for our group. Main house was perfect for sleeping and some cooking. We spent most of the time in the garage. We did some fishing the first couple of days but the weather took that out of the picture. We had a great time playing cards and pool along with watching football on the big screen tv. This is are second year here and we will be back.

Family fun gathering spot
The property is an excellent choice for family gatherings. The Family Cave (garage) was perfect for hanging out with lots of game options and eating / sitting space. Outside area great for the littles to run and play with a nice play set with swing, slide etc. Fire pit for evening camp fires. Plenty of sleeping options in the big house. Kitchen well equipment for preparing meals etc. Comfortable seating inside.
