"From the moment we arrived we absolutely loved our time at Kalamaki Flats! "The Apartment was perfect for our break in Kalkan. It has everything you need and we enjoyed breakfast and dinners on the balcony. We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool, which was never busy. There are 2 beach clubs a 10 minute walk down the hill. We used taxis for the short trip into Kalkan town as the walk is up a very steep hill. "Amazing location the only down side is that the apartment is upstairs so there is no direct access to the pool. That said that is the only downside everything else was great. Well stocked with equipment and utensils, and amazing location just a few minutes to walk to town or kalkan market where there is an aray of shops and restaurants but not noisy at night. "The apartment is in a great location, close to town but quiet. The apartment is very well equipped, modern and spotlessly clean, the size of a villa! The outside space is just excellent. A large private pool, that you can actually swim in, its south facing, so you get the sun all day, and a lovely walled garden with a pergola and additional seating area. Only downside is the owner him self who always looks angry, makes comments about everything and during check-out says "did you cause any damage" instead of "hope your stay went well". "Villa Manadlin is stunning and would highly recommend staying here. It is set over 4 floors with separate room / annex on bottom floor next to pool (we did not need to use this). Enough loungers at pool with very comfy padding - plus space in sun / shade to relax. Views from top terrace over Kalamar Bay are stunning. 20 min walk to Kalkan although the walk back up is a killer with the hills(but you can get a taxi).although"
