"Very clean. The garden is lovely. It has two outdoor shaded sitting areas. Lots of beautiful greenery. We saw banana trees. There is free guest parking. We stayed in Bahce 1, which is on the ground floor. It was relaxing and restful, and has a small balcony for two people to drink tea. Everything is well shaded and not very hot in our apartment. "We had a wonderful 6 nights at Villa Dundar in the middle floor apartment. the view of the sea and has is spectacular and the pool, tho small is clean and lovely. although it is shared between all the apartments it never felt crowded and usually we had it to ourselves. "Not great location but lovely apartment & very clean. Booked for 5 nights but had to leave after 3 nights due to deafening constant building work noise. Was about 2 miles from Demre centre so a car is essential as no bars/restaurants/shops etc.. nearby. Whilst apartment was lovely, it lacked lots of basics, bath mats, tea towel, plates. It could be lots better. Not very private, 3 times people just walked through the garden."
