This older-style 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom beach house offers comfortable, budget-friendly accommodation with recent upgrades. Features include:

- Bedrooms: New queen beds in the main and third bedrooms, plus a tri-bunk and bunk set in the second bedroom.
- Living: Reverse-cycle air conditioning in the lounge, new ceiling fans in all rooms, TV, and DVD player.
- Kitchen: Equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, stove/oven, and basic utensils in an open-plan kitchen/dining area.
- Laundry/Bathroom: New front-loading washing machine, combined shower and toilet in the bathroom.
- Outdoor: BBQ, outdoor furniture on the veranda, fish cleaning table, and ample parking for boats with two driveways.

The yard is not enclosed, and lawns surround the house. BYO linens and consumables (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels, and toilet paper). Beds have mattress protectors, covers, and pillows.

Note: This house is older and basic but offers excellent value for a relaxed holiday stay.

Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.

Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.

Very very disappointed in our accommodation at Patrick Cres Kalbarri. The photos online do not live up to the actual property. The mattresses were worn out, you could feel the springs. The couches were sunken and broken, one with just a couch cover over the top. The dinning chairs the backrests were wobbly and the seats you almost sunk through. This property needs a major interior renovation and not worth the price for over $1700 for 6 nights. We would not recommend this property.

Reviewer Comments: Follow up call already made to RE agent.House had not one clean crockery or cutlery item, cushions on couch were disgustingly dirty, kitchen bakeware was old, unmatching and made every cooking task difficult, pans had teflon peeling off and overall not hygenic or safe. This resulted in us needing to buy our own cooking utensils (expensive and limited supply due to location) and eating out more than we had intended which due to having a family of 7, led to much more increased costs of our holiday which we had not planned for. We usually camp and this was a treat and meant to be an upgrade. It was harder as we did not have the modcons that we would usually have when camping! Beautiful old house in a lovely setting but in dire need of an upgrade (with furniture that does not look like it is off the verge collection!)It needs a THOROUGH clean and repairs done..beds in large room were all falling apart and slats being held on by rope! Most of the kids put mattresses in the lounge room each night to sleep as it was more comfortable than the bunks! Not very happy given the cost of this accommodation and I do have photos to send if needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Kalbarri and we enjoy visiting every 1-2 years, with our 3 kids. There is so much for them to do in and around the town. We were saddened by the effects that Cyclone Seroja had on the town - and we were empathetic towards the residents who were exhausted but still working hard to keep the tourism industry ticking over. Our stay at 18 Patrick Crescent was fine - the kids enjoyed the space (compared to being in a hotel/resort room). Understandably the property had weathered a cyclone 6 months before, so there were still fences being replaced, and building materials in the yard. There was quite a bit of rubbish under the house and the yard/garden was in need of a good tidy-up. We look forward to visiting Kalbarri again

There were 5 adults and 2 kids and was suitable for us all to be comfortable.There is plenty of places to sit on couches, a big dining table and the kitchen had plenty of utensils, plates & cups so didn't have to wash every meal :)It was clean and well set up.Only downfall, as with most accommodation like this, was soft beds.We would happily stay here again

We did enjoy all the attractions Kalbarrie had to offer;the river, fishing, the Gorges, the Pelicans and the hotel and cafes.

Fantastic stay at this property. Central location able to walk to town center and river with ease.Was able to park the boat in one driveway and have the car in the other which is handy. House had everything for a comfortable stay. Accommodation staff very helpful and happy to answer any queries. Only suggestions would be is to upgrade washing machine, maybe some cafe blinds on the outdoor area as the afternoon sun can get hot. Otherwise great property.

We throughly enjoyed our stay in this house. Close to the town nicely situated off main road. Lovely breakfast and evening terraces. Could do with better curtains but apart from that great value for money. Woukd definitely stay again.
