"Bitterly disappointed with the lack of communication. Understand that priorities would have been with dealing with the wildfires that we’re getting close to this villa, however two days before travelling were told via Expedia that they were not able to accept us at the property and to contact them the day before we travelled. They could not be reached via phone or emails. Have tried several emails since and still no contact. Chasing refund, I understand it was outside of everyone’s control, but...

"Fabulous holiday, great location, easy access to explore the island. Villa was a lovely size with spaces and tables to eat outside. Anna was very friendly and helpful. My only request would be to mend the parasols. Thank you Anna"

"Malibu Boutique Studios is a pleasant, slightly older facility. Location is near the town center, shopping, and beach. The staff provided excellent service, correcting minor problems quickly and without difficulty. Online GPS programs misdirect to the back of the property, rather than the parking in the front."
