The location is great for those visiting Western Michigan University. Communication with management was excellent. We had a few issues that were dealt with promptly. The space is a bit cave like and the outside stairs are a bit challenging. This would not be good for those who need easy access. Otherwise, would recommend!

Let it snow!
We enjoyed our stay at the property with the exception of the keypad lock malfunctioning during 18-degree weather and lots of snow. Luckily there was a restaurant nearby and we were able to stay warm until management called us and resolved the issue. The unit was clean and the perfect size for us, and the location was great. We would definitely come back! Thank you!
