"We spent a week here and went out everyday sightseeing and to different beaches, with lots of walks! Kamilari has a nice feeling about it, very friendly locals, some great Tavernas and a very well stocked supermarket. Not forgetting The Blues bar for cocktails! Vangelis and Tanya are really lovely people and the house was perfect Tanya even made me a birthday cake for my 60th!!"

"This is a great apartment and I t’s in a lovely location. It’s right on the beach and is close to many restaurants. (A different one for every day). The apartment is a good size. It has a large bedroom with a large bed, and plenty of storage space. It has an open planed kitchen, dinning and lounge area, and the sofa opens up as an extra double bed too. The bathroom looks new and the outside space/balcony is comfortably bigger enough for 6 people. Like others have mentioned, the apartment has everything you need for your stay. Towels, plus extra towels if needed, bedding, and again with extra if needed. The kitchen is fully loaded. Hob, cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, all utensils etc. Not that you’ll need to use it, what with the restaurants all in walking distance. (Nice to have though). If your looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, on the beach and with amazing views, (The sunsets are amazing), then I would highly recommend this apartment, Communication with the owner Manos, was good and he was always available if needed."

"One of the loveliest hotels we've stayed in on Crete, and excellent value. Our room had a breathtaking seaview and we'd return just for this alone. But the host, Harris, was also very friendly and attentive, telling us how to navigate down to the beach and town. Air conditioning worked like a dream and the bed was comfy. All in all a brilliant experience, and as we are frequent visitors to Crete we will be back. "

"The property was lovely; our room had A/C and a mini-fridge with a freezer, and the balcony had a drying rack with clothespins. The bathroom had a shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer, too! Haroula is the best: friendly, always happy, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. She's our new good friend, and so are the people in all the stores, bars, and restaurants. We will be staying with her again. Kalamaki is heaven on earth! It was the BEST vacation we've ever had; it was beautiful, charming, and fun. I highly, highly recommend Galaxias Studios and give it a 5-star rating! ***** !"

"We had a wonderful time staying in this comfortable house with a spectacular view. The home was spotless and well equipped. This house is a distance from stores or restaurants so we were very appreciative that the host provided us with some basic groceries. The only problem area with this property is the showers. The downstairs one was unusable. There was no shower curtain and it flooded the bathroom if used. The other shower had a leak. It was clear they had attempted to fix it but it was still leaking. Having supplies on hand to deal with it would have been helpful. Despite the shower issues I highly recommend this property."
