"Beautiful l room but parking is a nightmare. We were about 1/2 mile away in the rain! It would be good to have more specific instructions to find the hotel as there is no signage - there are just a few rooms within an apartment tower. Very noisy room as there is a bar below which had yelling going on way past midnight. Great bed, unique experience and walkable to the center of Old Town and Sea Organ. "

Great selection for breakfast in a top floor room with amazing view across Zadar. Bit of a walk into town but I knew that and it was easy and straightforward. "

"We called them many times since, at 6.30pm, none sent us instructions. After many calls and messages, they replaied… In my personal opinion, you have better options in town, and much more cheaper. The room is like a US Motel, door is at the floor street, people walking on the street can see you, and its like they are on the room. Very weird… Too expensive for that kind of “room”"

"Lovely family run business, Zoran, Davos and Danielle were friendly and helpful. A little dated in decor and a good 20min walk into Zadar Old Town, but clean, comfortable accommodation with good bathroom facilities. Would stay again if we were ever in the area."

"Place hard to find even for taxi as no signage or number on street, reception area a total mess with rubbish and old broken bits of furniture etc in piles, towels provided (after having to ask for them) were thin with huge holes in them and smelt unclean, no lift to get to our 3rd floor room, swimming pool was refreshing but also cluttered and messy around it. This hotel was far too expensive for what we got. "

"The place is amazing to relax with your family. Many sports activites, but if you dont stay many days it not sure that there are any timeslot free. I also wish that you could rent towels. Our bungalow didnt have any washing line, which was a minus. Also wish for more hooks inside the bungalow. Aside from that the property are very nice and i can find us coming back :) "
