Our holiday was stress free & extremely pleasant. When they say ask them for help & info they really mean it. iPad in room to chat with them or order room service or you can use WhatsApp. They organised our desired itineraries & organised taxis flawless. Would recommend & go again. Spa is especially good. "

"This was my fourth stay at Hotel Avra. It's clean, for great views and super close to the port. My only complaint is partly my fault. I accidentally booked the wrong day as I was flustered with a last minute flight change. The hotel refused to honor the reservation for the correct date even though they had more than enough rooms available both days and I caught the mistake within an hour of booking. (I had actually booked the room after check-in time and meant to do it for the next day.) Multiple calls and emails from Hotels.com and myself but the response was not in my favor. "

"We love the location. Our stay was great overall; this wasn't our first time and it probably won't be the last. Having said that we were little surprised that there was no hair conditioner or body lotion and no water bottles in the little fridge. Not a biggy but we figure we should share cause this a beautiful hotel and details may matter to some."
