"宿泊棟の造りは古いですがリフォームされて清潔です。 宿泊棟に食堂は無いため、同じ系列ホテルまで無料シャトルバスで移動して食べます（移動時間5分くらい）。 お風呂は源泉掛け流しの鹿教湯温泉で、湯温も丁度よく、じっくり長く浸かれます。 スタッフさん達は、皆さんとても親切です。 安曇野や諏訪湖方面、軽井沢方面の中継地としてオススメの宿です。"

"　ここのビュッフェの料理は、大変丁寧に作られて味もとても良いです。感心したのは、汁物の具材になっている小玉コンニャクですが、ここの調理は半分に切られてお箸でもつかみやすくなっていました。手間のかかる下ごしらえですが、とても嬉しいサービスでした。"
