"Slight but serious issue with booking as Hotels.com didn’t have multiple Hound Hotels listed like Busan. Big location issue so contacted the hotel immediately but no answer ☎️ Contacted Hotels.com by chat and they couldn’t reach the hotel after multiple attempts. A final attempt got through but futile, as the hotel stated they cannot communicate in English. "This hotel has, without a doubt, the best service I experienced during a three week trip in Korea, sometimes staying at four and five star hotels. The accommodations were fantastic, the breakfast was good, the dining options were really good, the chef is excellent. But the main thing is the service. This staff is fantastic. "It was def def a love motel, but my friend and I just needed a place to sleep. It wasn’t bad and was cheap, but this also a place I would book for the fun. It’s great for a last resort. The staff was very friendly and nice."

"We were on a cycling trip and this was our first stay in a motel. The staff were helpful and explained how things worked. It had everything we needed for a one-night stay including a basic but quite adequate breakfast. There is a good restaurant 100m from the motel. No reason not to stay here if you are passing through. "It was extremely dirty everywhere except for the room which was ok. Barely adequate. The bar/kitchen area looked completely abandoned as though some disaster had hit the place and everyone had run away. The basement area, where we eventually found out we had to make breakfast with mouldy bread was disgusting. There was a large dead cockroach in the sink and the walls were crumbling.
