"Good value for money. The name is very deceptive, as the hotel is on a canal that leads to an industrial harbor. The room is very large with a 5 star bathroom. The air conditioning and lighting were good but very hard to figure out, as there were no English instructions."

"The location is perfect—right outside Rinku-Town Station, a vast shopping mall. The hotel room is relatively small compared to other hotels, but it has everything I need. The cons—the airport shuttle is only available until 11 a.m. Yes, 11 in the morning. However, it is only one stop from Rinku Town ..."

"Great area if you want to stay before going to KIX. One stop to Rinku Premium Outlets. The room above is a bit noisy around midnight. Dryer is a hazard because of the improper support. We only stayed for one night though."
