Lovely condo within walking distance of keauhou bay. Near many water activities and shopping. I really prefer this quiet area over Kona town. Have dinner or breakfast at the Outrigger or the Kona country club. This is a quiet oasis

Great location, fantastic views, very quite condo complex. Unit had everything we needed and then some. Only issue we had the tile floor was filthy and walls and door frames were dirty, spent some time wiping door frames off around all the door nobs. We did enjoy our 4 weeks here and would return.

Bonnie was easy to communicate with. Having a travel crib was a lifesaver. The view was amazing! We loved being able to watch the ocean sunset every night. Quiet little complex, which we loved, yet easy access to almost everything!

Could not have imagined a more welcoming space to inhabit! The views were spectacular, the unit was spacious and clean, and the location was central to all our activities. We would happily stay again but found it is solidly booked for many months ahead! Understandable, but sadly not a well kept secret LOL

All the Essentials
This place has all the essentials! We only stayed 2 days, but this place allows you to enjoy a beautiful sunset while having all the amenities for a relaxing vacation! From chairs to umbrellas to spices for cooking to a cooler, this place allows you not to have to worry about a thing and just go explore Big Island! Would definitely recommend!!

Perfectly located, with lots of amenities
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication with the manager and the entire check in process was excellent, and the property was very clean and well stocked with linens and supplies for cleaning, as well as resources for going to the beach and cooking. I wish we could have stayed longer and took advantage of the well stocked kitchen. Additionally it was only a few minutes away from the Fair Wind tours. There was a delightful artisan fair right down the road too. I definitely recommend this place and hope to stay again.

Unbelievable Value!
The location, view, and amenities were excellent. All of the equipment one could ever need was provided. The location was ideal for doing all the wonderful things on the island we love. We can't stay at a lodging at home for this value, let alone in Paradise; our favorite place on Earth. Thanks for making this trip so affordable!

Great spot for a visit to Kailua-Kona
We stayed here in May, 2016 and found it to be a ideal spot for our return visit to Kailua-Kona. The villa is clean, neat, and unusually well equipped in our experience. The view of the nearby ocean from the front lanai is terrific. With the doors open there is a nice cross breeze which keeps the villa comfortable even on hot days. The owner is very attentive and provides lots of information about local attractions which we found most helpful. We recommend this villa to any couple or small family.

Everything you need
From breakfast on the balcony and dinner enjoying the sunsets, and everything in between. We needed nothing except food for the kitchen. Everything provided for beach days, right down to a cooler. Bonus washer and dryer in condo. Two bathrooms. So breezy, we didn’t even miss our central A/C at home. One of our best VRBO stays ever.

Nice Kona location
stayed in Kona for a weekend. would have liked to know that unit was up several flights of steps. But had lots of extras such as laundry soap for doing laundry. great communication with owner. good location. free parking. would be good to know where the actual unit is (park near the end othe parking lot by the poot, unit is in last building mauka side, up first set of stairs). very clean. a/c would help.

Stay on the BI
We had a wonderful 16 days on the Big Island! The sunset from this condo is amazing! The condo is very well equiped with anything you might need for cooking your meals or going to the beach! There is no air conditioner in this unit, but there are plenty of fans in the condo to keep air moving, so we did not have a problem sleeping. Thank you Bonnie! Hope to return soon!

Breath-taking View
This is a very comfortable condo with a stunning view. Although it did not have AC, the temperature was pleasant with ceiling fans in all areas. The kitchen was well equipped. Pool is almost like having a personal one since very few used it. The location was perfect for us since the shopping center with grocery store was close and my husband walked to Keauhou Bay to take a snorkeling trip on the Fairwinds. It could do with some minor refurbishments, e.g., new pillows, new towels, etc.

The Amazing view was the best thing. Very, very noisy location, due to traffic racing at night, with cars without mufflers, to constant leaf blowers. Yard peoples tools filled the apt with gasoline fumes in the morning. Also interior is tired looking. Plus sides: property owner delightful, view was great, and location for touring southern part of the island was perfect. Priced appropriate for this unit.

Worth every penny
Bonnie was so great to work with leading up to our arrival - quick to respond and patient w/ questions. When we arrived, her condo was exactly what she advertised and exactly what we were looking forward to. The view alone is worth the price of admission! GORGEOUS. Bonnie provided everything we needed for a great adventure - boogie boards, snorkel equip, beach chairs and towels. The location is great, quiet, clean, comfortable, perfect. I hope to go back and hope to stay at Bonnie's pad everytime. When we had questions during our stay we had resources - a binder with info, an email prior to arriving, local contacts and Bonnie answered our emails and calls and was so helpful. I can't say enough nice things about Bonnie and her condo. Don't hesitate to book a stay - its really perfect! THANKS BONNIE!

Home Away from Home
What a wonderful place to stay!!! Bonnie, thank you very much for this wonderful and well equipped condo, I really enjoyed my stay a lot. It was exactly what I was looking for. The best part were my mornings and evenings sitting on the spacious lanai, where I sometimes could see humpback whales in the distance. The condo was just minutes away from Keauhou harbor and the shopping center, and it was only a short drive to Kahalu'u Beach Park, one of the best snorkeling spots in the area. The location was also perfect for snorkeling trips to Two Steps and other beaches along the Kona Coast. I enjoyed the beach toys that were available, as well as the beach chairs, coolers and other things needed for a wonderful day at the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything needed to prepare meals. I also appreciated the nice conservations I had with Bonnie prior to my stay, it was very helpful and just added a nice personal touch. Thanks Bonnie, I will definitely come back for another stay.

Keahou Bay area-Oasis in Paradise
We arrived early and were told our condo was ready! It was in a great location and was clean and inviting. Even though the property is somewhat dated the grounds are beautiful and back up to a golf course, The unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. There were extra supplies of towels and paper products not to mention the Kona coffee beans and spices in the kitchen. We were able to easily prepare meals and lunches for the beach in the well stocked kitchen. The lanai had a clean barbecue and a nice seating area to enjoy breakfast. We also enjoyed the beach mats and the umbrella and coolers to take to the beach. We could see the beach and hear the and see the waves rolling into Keahou Bay. The lights at the Sheraton Hotel were pretty at night. Only about 2 minutes away was a shopping area with groceries and a drugstore and many other amenities. Thank-you for a wonderful condo.
