Beautiful getaway
Wonderful location that is close to where we were wanting to go. Magic Sands is less than 10 minutes away as well as many shops and restaurants. Would happily stay here again.

This is an excellent, central spot to stay. There are two pools on the water. Love it! Beautiful complex. The lanai has an ocean view. You can always hear the waves and see whales and birds.

Very relaxing stay
Very nice studio condo and two pools to swim or bask in the sun. The location was great for getting around to dining or grocery stores and also to main traffic routes. A nice lanai to relax and soak up the warm tropical weather.

Condo was well equipped in a super quiet complex. Loved that you could open the sliders and sleep to the sound of the ocean without traffic noise or loud neighbors. Covered parking close to the condo without stairs for easy load and unload of luggage. Would stay here again.

Short distance to downtown
Loved being close to the water. The view isn’t a full view but it’s still a good one. Spacious patio. The pool and view from there was wonderful also. We utilized the bike share close by which made a quick trip to nearby restaurants. Otherwise it’s just over one mile down the road. Great coffee place close by, Green Flash.

Royal Sea Cliff Vacay
We stayed 40 nights. It is a studio suite so keep that in mind if a lengthy stay. The unit needs some updating, the bathroom in particular. We made it work. The owner, Marc, was great to deal with. Communication was instant. You can’t beat the location and the resort itself is beautiful. Thank you Marc!!!

Loved it!
We had such a wonderful stay! So much so that we booked our next stay before we checked out. We live on the opposite side of the island. Occasionally we like to stay on the Kona side for a staycation. Within minutes of stepping out onto the lanai, we saw 3 whales that seemed so close to the shore. I was blown away! So close that we could hear them blowing out their blowhole! The condo is very comfortable. Great location, clean, and the grounds are beautiful. Looking forward to our next stay. Mahalo!

Wonderful location on the Big Island and view of the ocean
This unit is only one mile (easy walk) from downtown Kona. Good location for the drives to the north, south or east island. The view of the ocean on the balcony provided a restful background for meals. The host responded quickly to all questions. We will return to this unit in the future. Thank you.

Marc was great to work with and responded quickly to all our questions or requests. View is of ocean but what we call partial ocean view due to tree, etc. Loved hanging out at "quiet pool" down by ocean however. Unit was well stocked with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Would stay again.

Great place, wonderful location in Kailua-Kona
We expected a small studio in a nice resort, but this property was much more. It’s more like a small apartment with a full-sized kitchen and a lanai we could live on and where we spent most of our time. The condo was well stocked, better than most and everything worked ,both features we don’t take forgranted.. Another lovely feature, although the resort is on a busy street, the condo is close to the ocean and VERY quiet—only sounds of the ocean and birds. Great vacation!
