Turn your Hawaii trip into a memory of a lifetime at Lunapule unit 106. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home located on Alii drive. A smart television in every room, a private lanai, and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the air conditioning and fast WIFI.

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is fully equipped for your Hawaii Vacation. The guest room downstairs has a brand new queen bed, large smart-flat screen television, and access to the guest's bathroom located in the hallway. There is a closet for you to unpack your belongings and stay a while. The bathroom has a shower and is accessed by the bedroom and hallway.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets any at-home chef needs. Sit at the bar and keep the cook company while enjoying a tropical drink. The living area is located off the kitchen and dining area. You can have a sit-down dinner for six guests in the dining area.

Relax in the living room and stream your favorite Netflix show and enjoy the cold air conditioning. The lanai has a table where you can listen to the island wake up and enjoy a cup of Kona coffee.

The primary ensuite has a queen bed and a large smart-flat screen television for your enjoyment. There is a dresser and a closet to unpack. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower combination, and double vanity sink. There is also access to the lanai, so you can either enjoy the island air or the cold air conditioning.

The second guest room is located up a flight of stairs near the entryway. There are two twin beds and a smart television. This room is open with a loft-style feel and looks down on the living room. There is also a desk space upstairs to get some work done or have a zoom call. Please note there is a railing in the loft area and is not suitable for young kids unless supervised.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Great location
Our stay didn’t meet expectations, despite the great location just a minute from downtown. We had several issues right from the start, like broken blinds, dirty carpets, and a fridge door that didn’t work properly, but those were manageable. The main problem was with the air conditioning, which stopped blowing cold air on the second day. We asked for help, but it wasn’t fixed until Monday, which made it uncomfortable for some older people in our group. When we asked about it, staff suggested we were using the remote wrong or not closing the door properly, but that wasn’t the case. After looking online, I found that the issue was likely a refrigerant problem, which I shared with them, but it still took until Monday for anyone to fix it. Although we got a small refund as compensation, given the price we paid, the experience didn’t match our expectations. I think the unit needs some work to justify the cost

Only issue was the ac in the unit was freezing in two areas because we had to cool the two units locations constantly due to the air flow to master and back bedroom stayed very warm but the unit had alot of box fans we set up to move the air to those rooms which made it comfortable to sleep

Worked well for our group of 6. Had everything we needed and the grill at the pool was helpful. Be prepared for some road noise since there is a stop sign close by. We realy liked being able to walk to Kona downtown

Great location
This condo has a great location, very close to beaches, main roads and just off Alii Dr. It is best for a home base for folks who want to spend time exploring Kona beaches and other sites! The condo is very spacious with an upstairs loft—there were some steep stairs and possible trip hazards.

Nice location, but average at best
First impressions are everything. Followed the driving directions that were sent to me and they were wrong. Google was right though, and was still confused at the parking. Our plane landed at 9pm, so it was late and we were jet lagged, so it was frustrating that even once I parked, I still didn't know which place was ours since it was hard to see the numbers. Once we got it, the place was extremely hot and muggy since everything turned off. Throughout the stay, it was hard to get the temperature a good temp, since the A/C was upstairs or in the main room and not in any of the bedrooms. They were very particular about not wearing shoes in the house (but didn't provide a place for shoes outside, and to use the hose to wash sand off. The problem is the house outside was crap and had zero water pressure because it was leaking heavily from the spigot and a crack in the house. We tried our best. We did enjoy the space, the kitchen, and the location. In addition, they did have a good selection of beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys.

It would have been ok if the A/C did work properly
The unit has a great loaction, close to city main attrractions, but the A/C unit did not work as expected - did not work almost at all. During the first 5 days, we almost had no cooling in the house, too hot!!! A/C would shut down ramdomly when ooutside home! Only after several calls and 2 visit from technicians the issue was solved. No problem from then on Also room windows had no sun stoppers and there was too much noise from main road at any tim of day or night The top floow was too hot as ther was a main open window not accessable from indoor, so the sun would gets directly inside as well as the road noise In summary, I would repeat this option mainly due to the A/C issue.
