Unit#401 is a beautiful 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo that has a generously sized living room which provides plenty of space for your comfort. This beautiful condo is wonderfully furnished & has a King Sized bed in the Bedroom. The Living Room has a Murphy Queen Sized too! See photos! Spectacular offering! It's like a 2 bedroom but for the price of 1!

Fully Equipped Kitchen with all one could need to have the perfect Vacation!

The Guest bathroom has a remodeled large shower with a glass door and a vanity with a solid surface top. This beautiful condo has a washer and dryer inside the property as a great amenity. Unit#401 also has an assigned parking stall!

Wonderful location and view!
Clean, updated and within walking distance to restaurants, local shopping, and farmers market! The views and listening to the ocean waves was our favorite! Definitely a place we would stay in again.

We brought our 16 year old granddaughter with us for her first trip to Hawaii. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the room and location! Plenty of room for us all and ALL the amenities that one needs. Comfortable beds and excellent views from the Lanai.We had friends come to our room nightly for the sunsets! Had a great visit and we will definitely be back!

Great Location
Great location as we could walk to restaurants coffe shops shopping. With the location can come a little noise at times but it didn’t hinder our stay. View from deck is beautiful.

Noisy and close to everything
This is a 4th floor corner unit with covered parking and no AC. The sea breeze and fans do an adequate job of coolong. The unit fronts on Ali'i Dr, the main Kona thoroughfare. It is noisy and loud. It is steps to Temple Bar, Huggos and other Kona .establishment. There is homeless encampment in the park across the street.

My husband had a great time staying in this condo. It's directly across the street from the ocean and everything is comfortable. We especially love the lanai where we would sit every night and watch the people going up and down Alii Dr., watch the sunset, and just listen to the waves. I would definitely stay there again.

Fun Little Home Directly Across From The Ocean!
We loved this clean, cute home on Ali'i Drive! Beautiful apartment with fun finishes and respectful, quiet nieghbors. Management was very quick to respond with any questions/concerns. An excellent choice for an easy central location in Kona!

Gorgeous ocean views, steps away from dining, shopping. Immaculately kept and furnished property. Some people may want AC at night to be able to shut the glass patio doors and shut out the sound of the ocean at night. It got very warm with just the fans and the doors closed. We would definitely stay here again.

The view was absolutely great!!!!! the whole layout and decor of this place was great! it was up to date, definitely gave a personal vacay feeling. Even the communication from the owner was very informative, clear and concise! we are planning to come Kona again, but only willing to stay here. The location of it, gave a cool breeze through the whole unit, AC is never needed here. The place has multiple ceiling fans, great lighting, and beach stuff like chairs, cooler, and umbrella you can use. you will not regret staying here, my newly wed wife and I stayed here, and enjoyed being here. thank you again

Everything was immaculate and well set up. There is a high voltage power pole/line across the street if that sort of thing bothers you. Being able to have AC at night would have been nice but sleeping with patio doors open and the sound of ocean was something we got used to pretty quickly.Only feedback would be that we had requested an early check-in to accommodate a senior citizen and got a response that they would let us know but no one got back to us with a definite response, which was a minor inconvenience.Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.
