Kimo's Getaway

This a very private duplex. Your host lives upstairs. Your's is a new two bedroom, one bath unit, with a full sized kitchen and adjoining dining area. . There is a large lanai viewing the ocean with plenty of relaxing chairs and an outside dining area.
You will be a 7 minute walk to Honl's beach and 22 minutes to downtown Kona.
Infants (persons two years and younger) are considered guests.

Very Private Exceptional Home
Jim fixed or replaced an inoperable grinder and gave me a tour of the property the morning after we checked in. There’s an outdoor shower and a hot tub. There’s also a view of the ocean from the patio. It was perfect

OMG - the best bnb ever

Loved staying at Kimo's. The home is clean and comfortable with nice extras such as snorkeling gear, location walkable to downtown Kona, and we saw whales from the lanai! Gorgeous sunsets, also. We would stay here again.

We stayed just over two weeks, and it felt like home away from home. Jim was around (in the upstairs apartment) so if we ran out of essentials or needed anything, he was there to help!

Great place to stay
Stayed one night, wonderful arrangement to sleep 4 adults. Very good sunset view, and Jim was wonderfully friendly and accommodating in every way. Only knock would be little bit difficult to walk to and from the beach on a small busy road, best off making the short drive to a parking lot near the coast and walking from there. 5/5 stay, will stay again when we make it back to Kona.

Close to waterfront attractions and beaches
Jim's property was a clean, comfortable place to stay on our last night in Hawaii. It was a short drive to beaches and dining along the waterfront. The traffic going by the property was a little noisy (but we are spoiled because we live in a very small town with very little traffic noise) but other than that it was a great place to stay!
