This first floor condo has views of a lush tropical garden! Very Spacious Lanai for Relaxation outside! Incredibly Unique Archway Highlighting extra space that has such a good flow from the Bedroom to the Main Foyer. Living Room has High End very comfortable Sleeper Sofa, an excellent option for 4 people!

This was an excellent place to stay on big island and I highly recommend it. The apartment itself has everything you could want for your stay and communication with the management company was seamless and their responses were prompt to any questions we had. also, the location was great since you could have access to the roads that go north, south or east relatively easily to get around the island.

More action on taking care of the bed bugs and couch bed bugs. Everything overal was amazing down from the furnuture to every appliances that was supplied to me and my other half. Everything worked perfectly fine. Wish there was more parking space openings avaliabe to access closer to room that u staying at

We were so happy with the location of this property. It was so nice to be right in town and be able to walk to the wharf and shops. The place was clean, had everything we needed plus all the beach stuff, which was great! The kids loved the pool. It was the perfect place for our visit. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was overall comfortable but the bed/linens were old and not clean. The bed frame was dusty However, the management company was receptive and corrected some of the complaints. There are also plenty of steps leading into the property. It was difficult managing heavy luggage up and down the steps.

Nice for a Couple... not a Family
This was a very nice condo in the heart of Kona, but there was three of us, and it would be much better for just a couple. The pull-out couch bed was okay, but there was only one thin blanket for that bed, and the living room curtains did not work well to keep the light out of that room. Also, the reserved parking space was quite far from the entrance, making it difficult when carrying in groceries or luggage. Also, the only way to lock the door from the inside was to use a key, and to unlock it from the inside you also had to use a key. I could see this as a real problem if there was an emergency with a need to exit and the key could not be located. That could be tragic. We ended up leaving the key inserted into the lock while we were inside the condo (not the best scenario, but we didn't want a problem if there was an emergency). The pool and air conditioning was excellent, and overall this was a great place to stay in Kona.

Awesome
This property is comfortable, clean and spacious. It's is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee pot etc. It is in a great, walkable location to restaurants, shops and the ocean. You have your own parking space too. It's a little walk to the condo, but not bad. This is a gem. I would stay again, and highly recommend.

Our accommodation was located extremely close to all the shops and markets by the waterside. The complex felt very safe and secure, with all essential amenities provided. It was very spacious and perfect for the two of us. Would recommend!

The appartement was ok the big problem was the cockroach every where on the bed in the bathroom on the wall ,my wife didn t sleep during our holidays. So i can t recommand the appartement it was not good and nobody want to do something.
