This One Bedroom/Two Bath Oceanfront Condo has a an owner that takes great pride in pleasing all his guests and is anxious to share his little piece of paradise with you and yours.
Your private lanai provides an expansive view of more than a mile of the Kona Coastline. Experience 'aloha living' as you drink in the sounds of the surf crashing against the shore while gazing out at the amazing tropical island setting. You may be entertained by spinner dolphins, whales breeching, arrival and departure of cruise ships, surfers, parasailers, world famous Iron Man competition, holiday celebrations, parades, street fairs, and unquestionably, some of the most breathtaking sunsets anywhere. ... Kona Alii is a secured complex located in the heart of Kona. This air conditioned condo is tastefully furnished with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a full size washer and dryer, dining table, and is well stocked with all of the necessary amenities. In addition to the bedroom's king size bed, there is a queen size couch bed and two twin size daybeds in the living area. Also included is a flat screen TV, cable, internet, and a telephone. The complex has two elevators, a swimming pool, barbeque grills and provides you with a dedicated parking spot immediatly adjacent to an entrance. You are within walking distance to many casual and fine dining experiences, coffee shops, gift shops, churches, Kailua Pier, beaches, the Palace, luaus, fruit markets, grocery stores, ABC stores, massage therapists, hair and nail salons, and the local shuttle bus.
There is a hospitality service assistant that resides in the complex and is readily available to provide activity or dining suggestions and is fully prepared to address any questions or concerns that may arise. ... Convenient downtown location, right on the water. The unit’s interior is well done, all amenities are new and up to date. The building manager was a great help with a parking problem caused by a neighboring complex.

Great water view
Great location and excellent water view.Walk to many restaurants. The unit was well stocked and most everything was operational. My wife was in a wheelchair which is complicated there due to the separation of the elevator and parking. Handcap bars and hand spray on tub and shower would have been nice, plus Street noise was bad up till about 2AM.

Fantastic ocean view and right next to numerous restaurants and shops. 1/2 mile walk to the Pier. All the amenities you could think of. Having a Washer and Dryer was super convenient. We will definitely come back. Out of the owners control, there was some very loud construction going on in the condo above or next to us.

The apartment is pretty much exactly as described. Would be hard to find a better location - walking distance to everywhere and the view is amazing. Everything functions OK, might be an idea to count and update the tableware, e.g. I could only find 1 wine glass. Also good to know that there are 'water alarms' on the floor in each bathroom. This is great in preventing accidents... but we had no idea what caused an alarm to go off when my son was showering and some water sprayed on the floor. Found a building manager and all it took was to find the small white box (alarm) and dry it. Pls note that it takes forever to get warm water. Don't be discouraged, it will come and the water pressure is good.

The condo was exactly as advertised. Great location to shopping/restaurants! Clean! And Mary was absolutely great to work with! Had a little issue getting in but Mary was so quick to respond and help it really wasn’t an issue at all. Any other questions, Mary was very helpful! Condo had everything you need for the stay and beach!

Great Location and View
We enjoyed staying in this condo. The view was amazing and great for people watching from the Lanai. Being in a central location made it easy to walk around town and go to restaurants without needing to drive. The check-in process was a bit tricky to figure out, but the details we received were accurate. Overall I recommend this property!
