Great view, service, and value!
I booked a trip here about a month out. The place was clean, instructions were well detailed, and the property was beautiful! This is a great value for a place to stay on the big island. I was worried about no AC but the condo stayed comfortable and it was great to leave the doors cracked at night for a breeze off the ocean. I highly recommend this spot!

First time to Hawaii
When we arrived everything was as we expected with the exception of there not being an AC. The weather here makes an AC not necessary thank goodness! The location is perfect. It is quiet, close to town and easy to get to the different areas of the Island. The view is stunning especially the sunset from the lanai. Thank you for a great experience!! We plan to come back.

Best Lanai ever
Amazing apartment with an incredible lanai. We enjoyed every breakfast outside and watched the waves and birds. The apartment is well equipped, had beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and beach towels. There is no AC, but ceiling fans. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, beautiful spot!
This place has been just the best location for our family to stay while we explored the entire west aide of the island. It's centrally located, quiet, easy to access, and we watched the sunset every night from the back porch. There's little birds and geckos everywhere and we fell asleep to the sound of waves. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo
We stayed for three days in April - wish it could have been longer. The condo was lovely, very spacious, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. Totally fantastic patio with comfy chairs and sun beds looking right into the sea. Gorgeous sunsets! Great location with the shopping Centre with grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. Wish we could come again!

Magical
My family and I staid here in September, and we all loved it! The view was magical! We got to see the best sunsets from the comfort of our bed and living room. The area is clean, gated, and safe! The kitchen is remodeled and looks better in person than in the pictures. This is the second time we stay here and we will keep coming back!

This is a great condo that had a well laid out floor plan for our family of 4. Beautiful views from the lanai and primary bedroom. We had an issue with the internet, but the host and property manager were very communicative and got it resolved quickly.

Keauhou condo
Property is lovely. Love the morning birdsong and proximity to ocean and great beaches, especially Kahaluu. Plumbing needs some attention although it all worked out for us. Property manager was very responsive. Couldn’t find a hot tub, though, and had to ask around to get pool code. Folks were super friendly.

What a gem!
The location was amazing and the view of the ocean was spectacular! We saw the most beautiful sunsets right at our outside patio table. The hosts were great. Communication was easy and quick. The hosts really went the extra mile. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay most enjoyable. Would definitely rent here again in the future. We have been renting from Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet since 2014 and have stayed in many different units- but this one stands out. Thank you for having us! We look forward to booking with you again.

Solid choice
We booked this property fairly late and though it was once of the last units available in a desireable development, it was a good choice and a good value. Normal wear and tear was present (a bit of rust here and there, somewhat sticky screen doors, no AC, television set-up a bit awkward) but eveything else was in good shape and being right smack on the water was definitely a bonus. Keauhou Surf and Raquet Club is in a great location; close enought to town but far enough to be out of the tourist craziness and easy access to the Keauhou Shopping Center, road to Captian Cook and points south and close to the road to coffee contry (Holualoa). 2-102 is priced right for the amentiies it provides and I recommend it to anyone who wants a nice place to stay for a reasonable amount of money.

Close to the water!
It was a nice property however we were really hot in the evening even with all of the fans on. AC would be really nice in the unit! The unit had lots of items to use for the beach and for cooking which we appreciated. Beds were comfy, the place was clean with the exception of some roaches & roach droppings in the kitchen. We also appreciated the contact with the owner. I reached out to the manager with several questions but he did not get back to me as quickly as the owner did. Thank you for a nice stay!

Great View
The view from this condo is truly priceless - there was nothing better than waking up to the sound of the waves and the ocean out your door. We watched dolphins from our lanai and enjoyed the sunsets every night. The location of the resort is great - close to everything in Kona and many great snorkeling spots. As far as the condo goes, the beds were extremely comfortable which is always so important when traveling. There were however issues at this condo - possibly due to its age. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work when we arrived and it took a few days for it to be fixed. The dishwasher and sink were having issues a week into our stay and had to have a plumber come by to fix the problem. The wi-fi went out every single day - sometimes multiple times per day. We made the local manager aware a few different times but nothing was ever done about it. There were quite a few cockroaches in the unit and the pool which we had never encountered before while visiting the Big Island. We were also told by the owner that we could have a late check out on our last day and were expecting to have the condo until 5 pm. The cleaner showed up at 11 am and told us that they booked a last minute reservation and we had to leave. We unfortunately were not at all ready and half of my family was out snorkeling for the morning. The cleaner was amazing and accommodating but the local manager never made us aware of this last minute reservation and never got back to me like he said he would to find a solution that worked for everyone. We were disappointed in the unit for these reasons and frustrated with the end of our holiday due to the check out issue.

This was a great condo, stunning views, far enough from downtown to be quiet but close enough for easy access. Close to great beaches, snorkeling and shopping.

Can't beat this view!
Great location for family of four (two teens). Equidistance to Hilo and the Volcano, close to captain cooks and the manta ray dock. Plus, the beautiful bay within walking distance. Unfortunately, the week we were there the surf and surge were super strong on the south coast making snorkeling treacherous, and the Humu's were biting. But fantastic views and sounds of waves crashing on the rocks right in front of the lanai.

Just Paradise!!!
After 10 years we returned to the Kona Swim and Racket with our daughter and two grand daughters. What a gem the complex is and especially the duplexes on the ocean! The home is appointed beautifully with any thing you might need for the beach, meal prep, lounging etc. A plus is the professional photography that adorns each room-such a treat. Guests may enjoy an entire day at the resort with the pool (redone since last visit) tennis, pickle ball, BBQ and game area. Love, love, love it here!

Beautiful location
This is a beautiful unit in need of some upgrades. Some of the furniture was broken and the sliding doors/screens need to be worked on. The location was fantastic and we enjoyed our stay. Will return.

Great Place
2-102 is in a great location to the shoreline, BBQ area and pool. Being on the ground floor, we were able to walk out to the rocks, or place our chairs on the grass and enjoy the cool breeze. The condo unit needed some work. Some of the louvered windows were not able to open, the ceiling fan in the 2nd bdrm did not work properly, there were ants and roaches (being from Maui, I was used to that), and the screen doors needed work as well. Portable fans needed cleaning. Otherwise, everything else worked fine. Checking in was easy and Mr. Aki was very easy to work with and knows about the items mentioned. Overall we had a great time with a few bugs to work out! I would recommend this unit.

Amazing location and views
This condo was excellent value for money. It was extremely clean and comfortable. We would certainly stay here again. Thank you for providing such a fantastic place to stay. The only criticism I have is out of the Condo owners control, and that is the people staying in the condo directly above were very noisy all day and night....even into the early hours of the morning. It made things quite difficult to be relaxed and comfortable, and I'm sure other people staying nearby would have felt the same. Loud music, smoking directly outside and being quite obnoxious for the whole time we were there.
