Alii Cove townhome unit KK4 has beautiful ocean views from the lanais on both the first & second levels. Located across the street from Honl"s Beach, a well known surfer's beach. The condo is a 5 minute walk to Historical downtown Kailua/Kona & its restaurants & shops. Alii Cove is a beautifully maintained complex where you can relax by the beautiful swimming pool or jacuzzi, & keep in shape in the exercise room.

Please note Hawaii has a 17.962% occupancy tax. This tax is NOT included in nightly rate & will be added to final cost.

This 3 bedroom unit has the bedroom suite located on the 2nd floor with a cal-king size bed, walk-in closet, dressing area for two, oversize shower in the ensuite bathroom & a 42 inch TV. The large lanai of the bedrooms furnished, encouraging the beautiful ocean views & magnificent sunsets. The 2nd bedroom on the upper level has a queen-sized bed & an adjacent bathroom. The den on the 2nd floor is furnished with a sleeper sofa & a desk with a secured wireless internet system. On the main floor is the 3rd bedroom which is also furnished with a queen bed. The main floor also includes a 3-piece bathroom, kitchen, dining room & a large great room featuring a 25 foot cathedral ceiling & large windows.The executive kitchen comes fully equipped with a refrigerator with an ice maker & ice water dispenser, a glass top cook stove & a granite counter top. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table that seats eight.The main living area is exquisitely furnished & features a 55 inch TV with surround sound. On the main floor is the 3rd bedroom which is also furnished with a queen bed. Ground floor is furnished with a full-size grill, set for entertaining and outdoor living.
This unit comes with 2 parking spaces for the use of the guests.

Other things to note:
There is no refund when reservation is cancelled within 30 days. We recommend travel insurance for all guests to cover the cost of possible last minute changes of plans.

Good but Unrealistic Checkout
Mostly very good. Clean, new, well supplied, etc. Know that there is a large frosted glass window between the living room and the master bedroom, you can't sleep if anyone is still up in the living room. Only big con is the unrealistic checkout expectations. They expect you to be out by 10:00am and then ask that you wash, fold, and put away all the bed sheets and towels before you leave. There's no way that's happening.

We Love This Condo!
A beautiful condo with many amenities in a convenient location. We enjoyed starting the day with the ocean view from the lanai. Neighbors were friendly. Easy and efficient communication with Kona Beach Properties.
