Ocean View Vacation Rental at popular White Sands Village Complex.

We are located 4 miles south of charming Kailua-Kona Village and directly across from Kona's spectacular Magic Sands Beach. Picture yourself enjoying beautiful ocean views and dreamy sunsets from our large covered lanai. Our home is almost oceanfront, located one unit from the front of the southern Keauhou building! Walk just 70 steps to one of Kona's best sandy beaches or travel one mile south to the famous Kahalu'u Beach Park where you will find extraordinary snorkeling. Our tropically decorated and comfortable home away from home is 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. We have newly updated and our home has all the comforts for your vacation stay including, new linens, furniture and NEW full sized appliances. You will enjoy beautiful ocean views from both bedrooms and the sound of the ocean can be heard throughout our home. We have just upgraded our sleeper sofa to the COZY MATTRESS system which boasts a real bed mattress for a very comfortable nights rest!

White Sands Village offers many resort style amenities including pool, spa, sauna and free tennis courts.


What you can expect: Fresh linens and towels, new tropical furniture, a well appointed kitchen and beach equipment for you to enjoy. Your Hawaiian vacation rental is tropically decorated and perfect for families with a queen sized bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom and a queen size Cozy Mattress sleeper sofa in the living room. Two full baths, central air, ceiling fans, TV, DVD, Free WIFI, and a washer and dryer all add to the comfort and convenience of this ideal condo. Relax in your home away from home with the sound of the waves lulling you to sleep at night. You will enjoy views of turquoise blue water from both bedrooms and large lanai. Our home includes many upgrades including, granite counter tops, hickory cabinets, new full size appliances, AC, a walk in shower and newly tiled floors. At check in you will find a *starter* supply of paper towels, toilet tissue, hand and dish soap. You will find a binder in our unit with directions to the nearest stores to stock up on additional supplies.


Resort Amenities: Take advantage of the many resort style amenities that White Sands Village has to offer such as inviting pool, spa, sauna, free tennis courts, pool table, and well manicured tropical grounds. Enjoy meals on your lanai or head down to the covered BBQ area where you can grill your meal on one of three gas grills. Our large lanai is the perfect place for meals with amazing sunset views!

This is the most adorable spot. Super clean, and right across the street from the best beach in Kona. Check in was easy, and proximity to downtown stuff couldn’t be better. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Ladies Trip
Love this condo and stay here every time we are in Kona! Usually come with my husband but turned this trip into a ladies only trip and had a fantastic time! So much to do on the big island and just a 1-2 miles walking distance of several restaurants and markets! This place is always like a home away from home, very clean, comfortable and all the amenities you will need!

Relaxing and Pleasurable Stay
This property was especially comfortable and pleasant. We certainly appreciated the overall cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen, bathrooms, closets, and lanai were very well stocked with all the supplies we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is planning to visit this area. I think our most favorite thing was the beautiful view of Magic Sands Beach from the lanai.

Fabulous location. I was great for our family to be able to get up in the morning and walk to the beach without having to load up the car. Enjoyed the view from the lanai of the beach. Condo was well stocked and had everything we needed.

Loved this property! The location was amazing with a big lanai and ocean views. The condo had boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler. The grounds and pool area were great. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is that there was no sand at Magic Sands beach (which of course the owners have control over).

Fantastic getaway
Beautiful condo with an ideal location! The condo had everything that we needed and more. Gorgeous lanai overlooking Magic Sands. We loved being able to walk across the street to the beach. Fantastic pool with plenty lounge chairs in the sun and shade and a great BBQ area. We loved everything about this property and hope to be able to book again in the future!

A Perfect Condo
We lived this condo. It had everything you could possibly need from a well outfitted kitchen to beach items. The lanai was huge and had lots of great seating . We would recommend this condo and hope we can come back to our favourite Hawaiian island. I loved that the owner reached out on our arrival to make sure everything was OK. Muhalo

We totally enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, comfortable and the location was great!
We were 2 couples in this condo and it was great having two full bathrooms so we didn't have to share. The beds were comfortable and clean. It was awesome to be right across the street from the beach. We enjoyed viewing the sunset from the balcony. Also, having the laundry on site was a definite bonus. May I suggest the following that we thought were missing from the condo: BBQ tongs, tea towels, and paper towels or napkins. We would definitely stay at this condo again if we came to Kona again!

Great location, nice sized condo
The condo is nicely set up, with all you need, including an air conditioner in the twin (back) bedroom. This not only made it comfortable at night, but also was a noise buffer. It was comfy and the view of Magic Sands Beach directly across the street was great! The instructions say you have to pick up the pool key from the office, but it is actually in the condo so you can hop in the nice pool right away. Great communication from the owners leading up to and including during my stay.

This was a very comfortable condo with super easy, convenient access to Magic Sands Beach, one of the few good swimming beaches on the Kona District of the Big Island. The owner, Kira, responds very quickly to any questions or needs. The compex is a little older and so we figured that was why we could not get the AC to work very well when we tried to use it at night. All else was fantastic!!

Fabulous Condo!
I was totally impressed with this condo. The pictures does not tell a lie about the condo. It is tastefully decorated and very clean. The lanai provided a spectacular view of the sunset. The sound of the ocean from the master bedroom put me to sleep every night. Incidentals such as detergent, trash bags, reynolds wrap, etc was provided which added to the convenience of staying there. The owner was a pleasure to do business with because she was efficient and timely in her responses to you. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and would love to return.

Great location and wonderful condo!
Condo is directly across the street from Magic Sands beach with easy access. Kialua-Kona is a short drive away with many great restaurant options. There is also a Walmart and Safeway about 3 miles away for all your shopping needs. The condo is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you will need. We were a family of four and it was very roomy and comfortable. Nice size kitchen with large refrigerator and plenty of cabinets. On the lanai there are plenty of chairs for sitting for morning coffee or watching the sunset. There are also lots of beach toys and a couple of beach chairs. The cooler also came in very handy on our trips exploring the island. We will definitely recommend this condo to our family and friends.

Outstanding property and amenities, with outstanding service!
This property exceeded our expectations. We had chosen it for the location and the view and both were fantastic. However, in addition, the condo is perfectly stocked for all vacationer needs on the big island. We really appreciated the supply of beach chairs, pool noodles, boogie boards, etc. As well the kitchen was well stocked with various spices and condiments. The service from the owners is by far the best we have received. We had an issue getting the dishwasher to work and the owners responded immediately and actually had a new dishwasher installed in a couple of days with no impact to our holiday. Thank you for caring so much about us enjoying our time in your place! If you are deciding between a couple of condos in this complex, choose this one! You will not be disappointed! View is gorgeous
We enjoyed our stay. Would have rated it 5 stars but a few things were not disclosed prior to our booking. Did not know that upon arrival after a long flight that there would be no body soap to shower or bathe with. Shopping became a first priority instead of relaxing. Also, were instructed upon leaving to wash all bed and bath linens and stack on bed. Most people are in a rush on final day so this was a burden as we had an early departure. We also had to rewash every dish prior to using as dishes were not clean enough to my standards. (dry food on some). If the dish cleanliness (or lack of) is any indication I wonder if the prior occupants cleaned the laundry or just stacked them. I don't believe this should be left up to anyone but housekeeping. We definitely left the property cleaner than when we arrived. This said, the views from the balcony were not disappointing. Morning breakfast outside watching the beautiful water was enjoyable. Our fourth day there we witnessed many whales breaching right in front of us. For this reason I would say overall we had an enjoyable stay.
