Beautiful modern property
Pros for us: beautiful modern property, great location to walk to downtown shops and restaurants, very clean, well equipped for the basics. Cons for us: traffic noise from busy road next to unit and voices travelled from other unit. If you are used to the hustle and bustle of traffic etc., this won't be an issue. There was some confusion on arrival but owner was quick to respond.
