The condo was in a great location. We were in walking distance from the beach, shopping, and restaurants. My family enjoyed staying at the condo. I would recommend it when staying on the big island.

It was a perfect stay. Great location, beautiful gardens, pool, and outdoor eating areas. House was clean, well stocked and had a jungle like view. Pool sparkle; spa had heating prob but owner got fixed. Will stay again.

Fantastic Views

Amazing Pool Area
The condo was as advertised and the pool area was an oasis after a long day on the island. Great location near Kona! The VBRO app was a challenge however, as it would not let me sign in to reply to the host's messages.

This place is in a great location. Even though it’s quite old, the building seems to be well maintained and in a good condition. It is very quiet and comfortable place for vacations. The hosts are very nice and responsive. We enjoyed the staying and will consider coming back in the future.

Nice condo located just slightly out of town centre
The condo was the perfect size for a family of 4. Well equipped with everything we needed to make meals and also items for our beach days (towels, chairs, umbrella). We had no issues whatsoever with the condo itself; our only issue was the rooster(s) we heard every morning starting around 4:30am.

Rental stocked with everything we needed to cook. Pool area is excellent.
We loved this condo. A little dated but had everything we needed. Kitchen had absolutely everything you could possibly need for cooking and entertaining Pool area excellent with view of a the ocean. I would recommend this to everyone that wants a relaxing vacation in Kona.

Just right for a lovely stay.
We very much enjoyed our stay here. We were comfortable with our accommodations. Lots of extras...pool noodles, beach chairs, towels and more. Small beach across the street is a good place to watch the sunset. Very nice lanai; great to kick back and wind down from adventures of the day. We hope that we can stay here again in the future.

Aloha, Perfectly located, just minutes from downtown Kona and local beaches. The condo was very clean and well stocked with basic needs. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and the community members were very friendly and welcoming. This is our fourth time visiting the Big Island and we will definitely check on this condo for future visits. Mahalo

Everything would have been an outstanding place except for the cockroaches.
The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was the number of cockroaches we experienced during our short stay here.

Nice get away!
Property was quite comfortable. Clean, well stocked with kitchen gear, towels and beach stuff. The courtyard was lovey for relaxing and BBQ. Price per night was very fair for being in the heart of Alii Drive. Short walk to Magic Sand Beach. Owners were great to deal with and were quick to respond with any queries we had. Overall, great experience and would recommend.

Fantastic Family Vacation
The condo had everything we needed for a great vacation. We were able to make our breakfasts in the well equipped kitchen, condo is spacious, beds are comfortable and AC/fans worked well. Lots of clean towels and linens were provided as well as beach mats, games etc. We loved having our morning coffee on the lanai while listening to the waves and birds and even got used to the rooster next door! Pool area is fabulous and well maintained. Location was great for beach visits and a fairly quick drive into Kailua depending on the time of day.

Wonderful location
Wonderful owner to work with. John, the Manager, is really awesome as well. The condo is a little older, but well maintained and very comfortable. The location is close to open markets, beautiful beaches to swim or snorkel, and a wonderful waterfront shopping center. The pool is rarely occupied, but is very clean and has a wonderful ocean view, surrounded in a beautiful setting of plants and trees and fish pond as well as 2 grills for anyone's use. The condo is well supplied with everything you could need. If we ever come back to this area, we will be staying here again..

Royal Kahili, Kailua-Kona
This unit was very convenient and quiet. Although close to road, the traffic speed is very slow. Seldom needed air conditioner because cross ventilation was lovely. Everything seemed to be well maintained. The manager was delightful and very helpful. Recommend update on chairs, sofas, and sheets... most uncomfortable! One BIG complaint. We still do not have our deposit back 25 days after our departure!
