Located in Kailua on Kalaheo Hillside on a nice quiet street. This is a fully renovated property with beautiful fixtures and air conditioning. The home is open concept. Property has a large yard that backs the hillside with no homes behind it. The home is a 15-minute walk to the beach (.8 miles). Thirty-minute drive to most major locations in Honolulu. The home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, 1500 square feet. There are 6 beds, the master has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has full over full bunk beds and bedroom 4 has twin over twin bunk beds. All four bedrooms have AC mini split systems that can be individually controlled. Ceiling fans throughout the home. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking: crockpot, toaster oven, microwave, mixer, rice cooker, blender food processor, coffee maker, pots, pans etc... There is also an outside propane grill. There are two Roku televisions, 65 inch in the living room and a 42 inch in the master bedroom both televisions are connected to local cable and have streaming capabilities. Wifi is included provided by Spectrum. Full size washer and dryer. Some beach gear provided: towels, chairs, sand toys, umbrella, some boogie boards, and a wagon.
There is an owner's/Manger's closet that is to remain locked. There is a car parked on site. There is one covered parking spot available for guests, 2 additional spots on the driveway and ample street parking. The rest of the house is yours....
This property is a legally established dwelling that is rented for period of 30 consecutive days or more at any one time regardless of actual occupancy. In compliance with the Revised Ordinances of the City & County of Honolulu, the Property will be made available to you for your use and occupancy for a period of thirty (30) days. If you do not stay for the full 30-day period and stay for your scheduled dates the property will remain vacant through the end of the scheduled 30-day period.

1. No Pets.
2. No more than 8 people staying on property. Exceptions can be made
through the management.
3. No Parties. No gatherings, parties, or events.
4. No smoking/vaping of any kind.
5. Please realize you’re in a quiet residential neighborhood and respect our
neighbors.
6. No loud music at any hour. It is fine to have music on, but it should not be
heard by any neighbors.
7. Check out is noon. If you need a late check out, please let us know, if we
can accommodate you, we will.
8. If possible, please put all used linens in laundry baskets to be washed.
And trash in outside garbage cans.
