Visit beautiful Kailua at an affordable price. Our studio is spacious, clean, and provides many amenities. This Hawaiian theme studio is a permitted short term rental unit located a short block from world famous Kailua Bay. Less than two miles to charming Kailua Town with boutique shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, breweries. Whole Foods, Japan Express and much more.

Our accommodation has all the modern comfort features such as Split System A/C, 42” TV, Washer/Dryer, Apartment Size Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Toaster, and Microwave. Super Comfortable King Size Bed with memory foam topper. Extremely Clean (Our crew launders the pillows between each rental). Beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards are provided. The unit has a private yard with patio table, umbrella, and a gas grill. We work hard to think of all the details to make your stay wonderful and comfortable. Hawaii has been our home for more than 50 years and we have lived in Kailua for most of that time. Our wish is that you have a wonderful vacation in Beautiful Kailua!

Wonderful Stay
We have stayed here a few times and as usual everything was wonderful and Andrea is a great host. It is very peaceful and the beach is beautiful. Love the gift of coffee & chocolates. Having beach chairs & boogie boards & laundry is nice. We rented bikes for a week and enjoyed biking to places.

Beautiful and affordable stay
We are so appreciative for an affordable and comfortable stay near the beach on our favorite part of the island. Andrea’s place is a bargain for what you get - king bed, bathroom, kitchenette, lanai, laundry. Just a 5 minute walk from the beach.

Comfortable space in a great location
This property had everything we needed and was at most a 5 minute walk from the beach (you could hear the waves from the private outdoor seating space). The bed was also very comfortable, and they even have boogie boards and beach chairs for you to borrow. I would definitely stay here again!

One Block from the Kailua Beach!!! Less than 30mins to Waikiki, Honolulu, Pearl Harbor. Andrea (Host) was very accommodating, helpful, and nice. The place is clean, roomy, and the bed is very comfortable. It was a great trip!!! Would definitely book again.

We had a great experience staying here. The owner was great. She was very flexible with us. Location was great only a block away from the beach. Off street parking is a huge bonus. Absolutely would recommend Andrea’s house to anyone looking for a nice studio.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The place has a great location for reaching beaches, hikes, and shops easily and quickly. Andrea was welcoming and easy going, and the studio had everything I needed to enjoy the beach during the day and chill out in the evenings— including a private backyard! Great studio near beaches and town center of Kailua, Oahu
The property was exactly as stated and more. Its proximity to town and great beaches was a key to my stay. I must admit I wasn't there much because all of the local possibilities to hike, snorkel, kayak, etc... Andrea offered great recommendations for food and was a great host. Very quiet and comfortable place to stay.

The cottage was very bright and cheerful. Andrea was thoughtful and provided coffee and chocolates.
The cottage provided beach chairs, towels, coolers and umbrella. Just a quick note there is a hot plate no stove. Which worked fine. Great stay. Would definitely stay again.

Close to the Beach
We just spent 12 days at this location and wanted to thank Andrea for her hospitality. It is close to beautiful Kailua beach and my wife jogged there everyday. The room was lovely and we were grateful for the amenities. The washer/dryer, large refrigerator, beach chairs and umbrella, were all a part of making our stay easier and more enjoyable.
