Disliked: Cleanliness
Recently stayed here with my family. The actual condo space was great and really suited us. Perfect spot to enjoy the North Shore.
We actually had a great time while here.
I have given it an average rating because of a few key points...
We booked through Expedia.com.au, but all further info was then sent from RedAwning, a company I had not heard of, that sent multiple e mails wanting all my details that id already given to Expedia!
On the day we were checking in, I still had no e mail from redawning with check in details. I had to chase them up, which was a pain as we had no phone overseas.
When we arrived the door codes and gate entry codes were not there for us, this was another hour long pain to try and sort out. Ended up using a nice lady phone who was staying next door!
After finally getting access to the accommodation, I had to get back in the car and travel to a town nearby to pick up keys for the pool area and boom gate.
As for property cleanliness and maintenance, the condo really could do with some upkeep. Blinds did not work, sections where paint was peeling off walls, lots of rusty fittings and lots of little maintenance issues.
Little bugs running around kitchen etc but I do accept it is in the country area.
Oh, and the main bedroom bed was shocking! the kids beds upstairs were fine, but they really need a new main bed. Its like they found that one
If the owners just put a bit of money into the property and fixed it up it would be a mint place again!
