Aloha! We are excited to offer this beautiful ground floor 1 bedroom, one bath condo for your next stay in paradise. This unit is situated in Kui'lima Estates East, which is located at Turtle Bay on the famous North Shore of Oahu. Enjoy the resort lifestyle without paying expensive resort prices! With a casual island feel, we want you to feel right at home during your stay with us. A beautiful pool, barbecues, and tennis courts lay just outside your door, while the beach, two championship golf courses (Arnold Palmer and George Fazio), Nalu Kinetic Spa, multiple restaurants (Lei Lei's Bar & Grill, Roy's Beach House, Alaia, Off the Lip, and Ho'olana) and a pool bar are just a short 5 minute walk away.

Some activities can be booked through the hotel, including surf lessons, horseback riding, and helicopter tours, while other activities, such as day trips to the Polynesian Cultural Center, hiking, cage or cageless shark diving, snorkeling, skydiving, and standup paddle boarding, are less than 30 minutes away!

**The Kuilima Estates units are privately owned and not associated with the main resort. Although you may go to the resort and used the paid facilities, such as the restaurants, golf courses, etc., guests staying in the Kuilima Estates do not have access to the resort pool and jacuzzi. The condo was clean and comfortable. I loved the garden view. The trade breeze blows into the house from the back garden area. It was relaxing and most of the time very peaceful. Very close walking to Turtle Bay Resort.

Summer beach house
This was the perfect little beach house nestled in Turtle Bays north shore. Very clean and all the amenities one could ask for in a home base just minutes from the beach.

A good alternative to the Turtle Bay Resort
Clean, well appointed and a short walk from the beach. We enjoyed our stay here and at the North Shore of Oahu. Sophia was quick to answer any question we had about the facilities.

Perfect location
Wonderful property in the perfect location. Communication was fast and responsive. Location is away from the main tourist areas and very relaxing. Short walk to the beach and there were maybe 10 other people at the busiest.

It’s a perfect little getaway for a couple. The beautiful pool is just steps away. There are lots of options for food close by. Very comfortable bed, beautiful lanai, and the AC is a huge plus. We loved our stay!

Great Spot!
I’ve stayed in many different units at Turtle Bay and this was easily my favorite. A little smaller than some others but it has a great layout, clean and updated, large comfy bed, and a nice patio out front. Will stay here again. Aloha.

The condo was clean and in a great location. It was stocked with snorkels and beach gear, and a good amount of kitchen amenities and condiments. Heed the email instructions for checking in and picking up the fob, they differ from the app check-in instructions.

A real gem
Stayed for 14 days at this property it was very clean and amenities were good. The walking tracks and proximity to the beach and swimming pool was a real bonus. The grounds were well maintained and the area was quiet. The check in and check out was easy. Have stayed in a number of properties over the years but found this one the best yet. Flow through ventilation was excellent.

Lovely, quiet, tranquil place to hang 20 with your partner. Clean and comfortable condo with all the essentials one could need. Pool and walking paths were perfect to help soak in that aloha of the North Shore while it lasted. 🤙😊

Sunrise on the North Shore
We absolutely loved our stay here! They had beach supplies for the family (chairs, towels, boogie boards, snorkeling...) We enjoyed the lanai front and back- we had everything we needed in the kitchen, and right off the golf course! We had a very simple check-in and check-out process, the property was in excellent condition for our stay. I give this property and owner 5 stars!!! Thanks for letting us enjoy a slice of paradise! (and Haupia pie from Ted's!)

A Little Piece of Heaven
The condo is in a perfect location on the North Shore! It is close to all the main attractions in either direction as well as to a grocery store and tons of food trucks. It was equipped with everything we needed and was clean. We walked 4 minutes to Turtle Bay resort to go to the beach, watch the sunset, and have drinks and dinner. The pool is clean and well kept. It was perfect for the two of us and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. :)

Off to a Great Start!
This condo, at Turtle Bay, is located in a lovely, quiet area on the North Shore of Oahu. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our four night stay. We loved the back lanai that overlooked the Turtle Bay golf course. We particularly enjoyed the gentle sea breeze that blew through the condo. The front, fenced in, porch area provided a lovely outdoor eating area. The king master bed was very comfy. Unfortunately, when it came to sitting, neither the couch nor the accent chair in the living room matched the comfort of the bedroom. As it was, we had a relaxing stay that made for a great start to an awesome anniversary trip.

Perfect Turtle Bay rental
This was our third stay in the condos and this one stood out as the best by a long way. After finding the short cut it's a ten minute walk to the beach. The property was very clean and furnished to a high standard. The amount of kitchen equipment was outstanding. Everything you could ever need was in those drawers . There's beach equipment and towels so you don't have to buy anything while you are there. The walking trails at turtle bay are wonderful. One down to kahuku point and the other way to kawela bay. Think they are further than the signpost says but easy walks with beautiful scenery. There is a lot of bugs up at turtle bay but in this condo it wasn't a problem. A very good rental.

Lovely stay at Kawela bay
Beautiful, well stocked condo. Close to turtle bay for conference, overlooking golf course. A little loud some mornings prohibiting sleeping in (eg mowing of golf course on friday). Very comfy bug bed! Has chairs, boogie boards, snorkle equipment, and noodles for the beach, small pool with lots of lounge chairs right around the corner. Chiminea in pa/is picture is no longer available. Lovely stay!

North Shore
Location is way to far if you want to go to Waikiki or to shop. The condo is small except the Master bedroom. This condo needs to be renovated its old and has a musty smell. Only 3 bath towels were available which is not enough if you have a party of 4. The grounds are nice and turtle beach was excellent. For the money I’m sure there’s nicer condos available. They do have pickle ball paddles which is a plus.

Great location for our celebration. Turtle Bay is a great place to stay.
We had a good experience… thank you for the beach chairs, umbrella, towels… The a/c in the bedroom was a blessing, as the rest of the condo was rather hot even with the doors open and fans. When we walked in the door upon arrival, the heat was very uncomfortable. One negative was the very, very loud construction in the condo next door. As we were preparing for our son’s wedding, it felt like an earthquake and airport landing zone. I called the resort management and they were very apologetic and assured us that there would be no more noise until today, Friday. Overall, the condo met our needs and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed sitting on the patio outside of the bedroom.
