"We enjoyed our stay and the staff was very nice. We had a couple of issues with the room but they fixed them quickly. We are a family of 4 and found the bed space ok but it would've been better to have a bunk bed instead of the 2 singles because one of the singles had to be used as seating for the dining table. The other 2 full-sized beds were fine."

"Even though there is no reception for this hotel the staff responded my text quickly. The only complaint I have is the wifi. It’s quite unstable that I have to use my data. "

Very nice place for a reasonable price

"We had a fantastic stay in Osaka. The hotel is centrally located, close to the metro station. Plenty of dining options around the hotel. Breakfast is plentiful with various options (Western and Japanese). The rooms are clean and staff helpful. Nothing to complain about really. I would come back anytime. "
