The music was lowered but was till loud enough to keep me awake along with the noisy chatter until 230am. All said and done for $350 a night i expected a bit more peace and quiet and a good night sleep which i failed to get "

"I thought the staff was great, but this area and location is a bit rough, so you may face some cold nights and lack some creature comforts. I stayed 4 nights, which may have been two too many as there really wasn’t a whole lot to do at night. Still the day hiking was nice and the hotel restaurant was nice. "

"We spent three nights at Dulikhel Lodge during our trip to Nepal in January. This is a very well kept property with excellent views of the Himalayas from most of the rooms. The food in the restaurant was very tasty. I would have rated it higher if it was not for one detail. The bathroom windows do not have glass but only wooden lattice for privacy, and the temperature in the bathroom was almost equal to the temperature outside. That was making for very refreshing showers in mid-January, even though we put some towels over the wooden lattice. Plan accordingly."
