"Hatten angenehmen 4 Tage Trip nach BF. Hotel war ok. Sehr angenehm war diesmal die Junior Suite mit Stadtblick und toller Aussicht für wenig Mehrpreis , dank auch Expedia."

I had a special request which the hotel staff quickly and efficiently handled. Quiet, peaceful area and secure environment. "

"Booked a room. Hotels.com messed up but after the matter was resolved by them it turned out the hotel did not have the room we had booked. Very unhelpful and disinterested staff. Had to find another room at 11pm which was not easy!"

"Room was very good. Personal reception friendly. Breakfast was the big problem. Why did they make a reservation for Groups or other withoutva timeline? Table are blocked complete morning an gast dont get table sit and the reservater come after 9 o clock. "
