Its fully renovated 500+ sq ft interior provides the perfect setting for small families and couples to gather comfortably, just steps from the soft sands of Kaanapali Beach. Enjoy brand-new flooring throughout, upgraded fixtures, and gorgeous island style decor.

The full modern kitchen has been luxuriously updated with custom cabinetry, marble countertops, and high-end stainless steel appliances and is equipped with all the utensils and kitchenware you will need during your stay. Dine on the large private lanai overlooking the lush resort grounds and pool or enjoy your meals at the air conditioned ensuite dining area.

With a sumptuous king bed and a queen convertible sofa sleeper, your group can comfortably sleep up to four guests. The ensuite bath has been fully redone with brand new cabinetry, marbled counters, and a tiled walk-in shower for a lavish bath experience.

Catch your favorite show on the flat-panel HDTV in the suite or utilize the free high-speed wi-fi included with your stay.

Nestled right in the heart of Kaanapali Beach, steps from soft sands and pristine waters, the Whaler boasts one of Maui’s best resort locations. This world-famous beach offers an abundance of shopping, dining, and activities right at your doorstep. Luaus, dinner cruises, snorkel trips, parasailing (summer only), whale watching (winter only), surf lessons, and more are only a short walk away.

Amazing place to stay for a couple! Just the right amount of space and located right next to whalers village! The bed was comfortable and the AC and ceiling fan kept the room cool which was perfect! Also, the place had beach chairs and a cooler we were able to take to the beach which was also walking distance. Would highly recommend staying here at the whaler!

Very friendly staff, the location and view were amazing. The room was clean and spacious and very beautiful. Would stay here every time I go to Maui in the future. The beach is also very clean and not too crowded even at its busiest. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Great place to stay. Lots of older folks so it is fairly quiet. Facility was clean and staff was friendly. Would have been nice if there was access to a workout facility, but I believe that was for members only, not guests.

Perfect condo for our Maui vacation
This property was just as described. The location was great – steps to the beach short walk to Whalers Village. The property was beautiful and well maintained. We didn’t have any trouble finding a place to park in the garage. Elevators were quick. We had plenty of room for the two of us, and the bed was very comfortable.

This is a great property and beautiful room. One recommendation - confirm your reservation with The Whaler team before you arrive as the property manager for the unit did not send our confirmed reservation to the property before our arrival despite sending us one in email. We had to chase down the property manager while standing at front desk and wait for them to send an email to the front desk after 8 hours of travel🙁

This was our third stay at The Whaler and this was the best unit location of all our stays. The view is incredible. Room was as nice as advertised. There is no better place to stay in Kaanapali than The Whaler. This was our best vacation ever.
