The International Colony Club is a collection of uniquely "Hawaiian" cottages situated on meticulously landscaped grounds located right in the middle of the North Kaanapali Golf Course. Kaanapali beach, famous for incredible beauty and some of Maui's best snorkeling is only a few minute walk from the property. Beautiful gardens and 2 sparkling swimming pools are only steps away from the front door.

Our one-of-a-kind, completely remodeled cottage offers the most spectacular views on the entire property. Views of both Molokai and Lanai can be seen from this spacious, custom designed 2 bedroom 2 bath cottage. Vaulted ceilings, large modern kitchen, beautiful lanai with wrap around "hurricane" windows and open "great room" complete this treasure in paradise. State of the art sound system, TV and superior Wi-Fi coverage only add to the Aloha experience.

The entire premises has been meticulously remodeled including both bathrooms and bedrooms and appointed with custom island furniture and accessories throughout. Top of the line mattresses and bedding complete the perfect day. Although the cottage does not have air conditioning, the numerous ceiling fans and extensive windows create a pleasant "airy" feel in any weather condition.

The fabulous pool is only a few steps away, and the lush surrounding gardens and landscape truly deliver the ultimate Hawaiian experience. Come and enjoy our magical getaway on the island of Maui.

Relaxing and beautiful!
Third time staying at the ICC. We love the location! Close to everything. The ocean view was fantastic. Had our morning coffee outside watching whales. Had evening beverages watching the sunset. Had everything we needed for our stay. Really spacious for the four of us. Thanks!

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay. Super close to the Kahekili beach (5 min walk). The lanai is the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach.

Wonderful stay
Our stay could not have been better - we loved to location close to one of the best beaches on Maui, the almost "private" pool, the clean and spacious rooms and the quiet and well-maintained property. It was perfect for our family of four and we had a wonderful time Terry was a great host and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this cottage.

Amazing home away from home!
Our stay at this cottage was great! So nice to have our morning coffee with ocean views, and only a few steps to the pool in the hot afternoons. The beds were very comfortable. Perfect amount of space for our family of 4. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the cottage fit all of our needs for a special family trip. Roomy, big kitchen fully equipped, soft beds, beautiful grounds, 5 min walk to the beach a warm comfortable place to come back to each day. We will definitely return!

Home in paradise away from home
Beautiful, well equipped property! Clean, comfortable with everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach, close to town and a great pool steps from the home that felt like a private pool most of the time. Gorgeous views; would stay again!

Excellent communications and a perfect place for our family to rejuvenate after a year of lockdown. 10-minutes to the beach and a nice pool right outside. Highly recommend!

Celebrating a birthday
The cottage was beautiful and nicely appointed. The view of the ocean was lovely. The sound of traffic was surprisingly loud and carried into the second bedroom. Otherwise, the location of the cottage made it easy to get around the island. Terry is very responsive and helpful.

Awesome Location & Accommodations in West Maui !!
Fabulous location and all as advertised !!! Crazy good ocean views from the very spacious sun porch !! Very private setting & grounds. Private association pool was just steps from cottage ... and was great alternative for non-beach days !! Host Terry Bell was very thoughtful and informative as we navigated coming to West Maui after August fires. Most restaurants and stores were re-opened and locals appreciated thoughtful tourist returning to support their local economy. Highly Recommend staying with Terry and we hope to return soon !!

Fabulous cottage.
We had a great time in Terry's cottage. It had everything you would need ... a well stocked kitchen that we could cook our own meals in and beach gear that we could use to go out with. The cottage has a great layout and worked well for the three of us that stayed. It was great to be so close to the pool and the location slightly up on the hill meant that we had an ocean view with lovely sunsets. Terry was very easy to communicate with and the whole booking process was clear and simple. Would definitely recommend this cottage.

Beautiful Maui Cottage
This was our third time to Terry's home in Maui and it doesn't disappoint. Like many, we feel this is our home away from home. It has everything you could want/need for a relaxing vacation. The location is perfect. It is right across the street from the water (with ocean views) which gives us the privacy we like yet allowing us quick access to the beach. Terry is the best host and is always available for questions or issues. I would highly recommend.

Anniversary trip
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! The house was very clean and comfortable with terrific sunset and ocean views! The kitchen was very well stocked with every item needed for cooking gourmet meals! The pool was heated, clean and only a few feet away from the house and was fairly private. The house is in a very private, safe and quiet neighborhood and all the residents were friendly that we met. The location is perfect- across from a beautiful beach. Only wish the parking was slightly closer to the house entrance. Will definitely be back! Terry was also very responsive and informative about the property. Great find! Book it already!

lovely cottage!
What a lovely cottage! Stand-alone cottage tucked among a few dozen others in a lush tropical paradise. Walking down the paths, butterflies would drift past, plumerias would fall from the trees and little geckos would cross my path. Woken up every morning to the songs of birds. And a full ocean view from the enclosed lanai together with views of the other islands. Very private and yet across the street from a terrific beach for snorkeling and swimming- enjoyed that almost every day. Can’t wait to come back to this paradise.

Great location
Cottage is lovely and spacious, perfect for my family of 4. The pool is very close and sparkling clean. Unfortunately the 2nd pool on property was closed for maintenance making ours quite crowded most of the time. But, we really spent the majority of our time on the spectacular beach across the road. It’s a busy road to cross, but there is a signal/crosswalk that makes it very easy. The beach has the most beautiful water with sandy area for swimming and reefs everywhere for fantastic snorkeling right off the beach. We would come back for sure.

Easy booking, just as listed, very clean and everything is working order. Good communication with Terry. Wonderful location. Easy quick walk to the beach which was great for snorkeling, whale watching and walking the Boardwalk down by the resorts next to ocean was a wonderful as well. Having access to washer, dryer, snorkeling and beach equipment is a real plus. Suggestion, add 2 beach chairs to the beach closet for use, a pizza cutter in the kitchen, a pair of binoculars (for whale watching) and outdoor chairs to sit outside instead of the wooden bench. Would definitely rent this property again when we come back.

A Home Away From Home
This is our fifth stay in this beautiful cottage. My best friend and I fell in love with it the first year and have been coming back ever since. It has all the amenities of home. It sits up high so you have a beautiful view of the ocean and all the lush greenery which surrounds the cottage. The pool is located very close and many times we had it all to ourselves. It is always clean and sparkling, surrounded by a hedge of Hibiscus. The location of the cottage is ideal. It is across from Kaanapali Beach, close to Whaler’s Village (great shopping and eating), and close to Lahaina which is where we spent a lot of time. This truly is our happy place and we thank Terry for sharing this little piece of paradise.

A Maui Marvel
We had a lovely stay in this property which is ideally suited for a lazy beach stay or a deeper explore of the island. Comms with Terry and check in process was fab. The house is clean and spacious and the pool is literally at the bottom of some steps by the front door. You can walk to the beach in 10 mins and snorkel in the turquoise sea. The house is ideally suited to adventure too. We drove 19 mins up the coast to other beaches and also zip lined on the side of the volcano. We also drove the Road to Hana and to the seven sacred pools - which was a 12 hour road trip but we’ll worth doing. Whalers Village shops, restaurants & beach only 5 mins drive and Lahaina with shops & restaurants 10 minutes drive. Lovely house, lovely location.

Home away from Home
This beautiful property is perfect for those that want to get away from the large resorts and have nice place to come home to after a day of swimming, snorkeling, or sightseeing. It has one of the best stocked kitchens to do your own cooking along with a ton extras for your beach adventures. We stayed 7 days with our 6 and 8 years girls and they never once said they were bored. They entertained themselves in the pool that is right out the back door and chased endless butterflies that little lizards that grace the grounds. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with plenty of space to relax throughout the house, we were able to find our own space to kick back and relax. If you are scrolling through looking for places to stay on Maui, just stop here and book Terry’s place! We will definitely book it again the next time we come back. Today is our last day and we are packing up to leave but with the convenience of having a washer and dryer on site everything is going to be washed, dried, and folded when we get home tomorrow morning after a red eye flight.
