"Our morning coffee was to remember gazing at the ocean and mountains right in front sitting on our outdoor sofa. After coffee we took walks on the walking path to Marbella. The beach was a 1 minute walk and you could see it from the kitchen window. Juan the host was super accommodating and quickly respond. We will come back !!"

"This is a great little find and we’ve been back to stay already. There is no pool access yet (May). And it would be awesome to have access directly out to the paseo with a key rather than walk around the front and the TV is mounted way too high for viewings! - but that’s the only criticism and still a 5 star stay!"

"A great clean property, plenty of parking, very secure, ideal for families, a bit far out from anywhere so you would need a car. There is a little grocery store on the complex itself, but also a bigger supermarket about 7 minutes drive away. We travelled a lot to Marbella, which was about a 20 minute drive through the no tolls route. Overall a spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms a living space just perfect for a family. "

"What an amazing holiday! This apartment was perfect for our family holiday, set in beautiful location, with a sea view and overlooking the pool. The onsite facilities were perfect for what we needed, as well as being a short walk to other restaurants on the beach. The apartment catered for every need which meant we settled in very quickly. "We stayed at this apartment for 15 nights part October/November 2024. Very good location walking distance to two supermarkets and the traffic free seafront. Two spacious bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Large bathroom, small shower room. Located on the 4th floor, views over the town with sea in the distance. "The apartment is very much as described in the listing and is very spacious and well equipped. The pools are fantastic (except only open from 11am), its right by the beach too and walking distance to the main popular beach. however it is not 10mins walk to the port as described it is more like 20-25mins and approx 40mins to walk into Estepona old town. "Quilt cover was used instead of top sheet. Size comparison not the same as a sheet. It would have been nice to have toilet paper (even if it was one roll in each bathroom). Overall stay was good."
