Welcome to Unit 58 Seafront Estate, located within a stunning complex right in the heart of Jurien Bay. With only a very short walk to Jurien Bay's white sandy beaches, great fishing spots and beautiful parks, why would you not want to stay here. With a pool to relax by, a wadding pool for toddlers.

A communal Bbq perfect for entertaining or cooking the daily catch and a large grassed area for the kids to play.

Unit 58 is furnished with air conditioning to the living area and main bedroom.
This unit sleeps 6 guests, the bedding arrangement is 1 Queen & 4 Singles.

Please note: Bedding and Linen is supplied-sheets, towels & bathmats.
Only enough consumables for one night.

No Wi-Fi at this property.

What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that these houses/villas/units are Not serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.

Sorry No Pets - any breach of this condition will incur a one hundred dollar pet cleaning fee automatically deducted from your Credit/Debit Card and the pet must vacate immediately.

The Seafront Estate has parking for 2 cars. There is space for a small boat.

A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.

Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.

Note we Cannot rent to School Leavers or persons under 25 years old.

Unruly behaviour from groups or individuals will not be tolerated at any of our properties

Location was great and tranquil but was a little disappointed as the unit needs updating, plus the price charged per night I feel the quality of the unit would have been a lot better One example would be, shower heads in both showers need replacing or cleaned as the nozzles appear to be blocked making it very hard to get wet without dancing around the shower and lots of water leaked out from under the shower door creating puddles of water on the floor. This really needs to be look at and fixed. Other thing that may need to be considered, bed mattress need replacing. Feel like they have passed their use by date. Otherwise will definitely consider trying again

Quiet, two nice pools in tne complex. Walk to town or beach. Unit modern, clean, aircon - all good and definitely stay again.

Review
Property was clean and spacious. Cornices in one corner of main bathroom split and shower head needs cleaning/replacing. No aircon in 2 bedrooms, but had ceiling fans. It was very hot, so aircon would have been preferable.
