Welcome to Seafront Unit 27, located within the popular and family friendly Seafront Estate.
This unit conveniently overlooks the pool to relax by and a wadding pool for the toddlers and large grassed playing area within this gated holiday complex.

This unit is a short walk to Jurien Bay's most stunning beaches, fishing spots, skate park and the jetty precinct. Centrally located you can easily stroll to the local restaurants and shopping areas of Jurien Bay.

Unit 27 is fully self-contained with air-conditioning to the main living area.

This Unit sleeps 6 Guests with the bedding arrangement being 2 x Queens & 2 x Singles.

Please note: Bedding and Linen is supplied, sheets, towels & bathmats.

Only enough consumables for one night.

What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that these houses/villas/units are NOT serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.

The Seafront Estate has parking for 2 cars.

A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.

Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.

- Note we Cannot rent to School Leavers or persons under 25 years old.

Unruly behaviour from groups or individuals will not be tolerated at any of our properties

Needs some work
The layout of the unit and facilities in the estate - pool etc are great, location is good and we were able to walk everywhere. The actual unit itself needs maintenance, floor boards falling off, ensuite bathroom cabinets damaged from water coming out of shower, beds / pillows/ duvets need replacing.

stay in another unit at Seafront
We have recently returned from a 2 night stay in Jurien bay at unit 27 Seafront estate, as we walked through the door we went wow this is nice and clean. It is only after we sat down we noticed a few things that the were just quite up to our expectation for this kind of price point. There was picture on the wall which a large piece of glass missing from it, the rest of it could have fallen out at any minute, not great we we had a baby crawling around. Bits of skirting were missing in the main corridor and all the cutlery was filthy (we had to wash every piece prior to using it). Apart from that a great location opposite the pool. With many units available in this complex i would recommend staying in another unit, although it would take much to bring this unit back up to the expected level
