The staff are the most friendly lovely people the atmosphere there is great me and my 2 sons stayed and it was great very comfortable and the food was amazing
A historic hotel full of character, with good, but dated, shared facilities for guests. Guests need to make allowances for the fact that the hotel is under restoration and it would be good to return when much of the work is completed. The renovations planned are interesting. The restaurant and bar were very good.
The convenience of location to where we needed to go.
The food was not too good.

A comfy room in a country pub
A basic room with shared bathroon facilities but with the comfiest beds, doonas and pillows.
The Junee hotel is a great pub with lovely staff and cheap beer.
This is a huge old hotel and the proprietor has been imaginative in bringing the old girl up to date in the key areas. Our room was modern and comfortable with modernised bathroom conveniently the hall. Aircon kept the temperature very comfortable. Well located centrally in town
The room, shared facilities, wifi & staff were good. there was no downside.

Room was small, no ensuite to room, no TV, communal toilet and Bathroom, no soap to shower with, no floor mat, no face washer. 27 narrow steps to climb to room, however to give credit where due, the staff were excellent and great meals. Pub is undergoing renovations.
As across from the rail and crossing, it was quite noisey
WOW!!!! What a story to be told. This will be a great pub stay once the master plan is delivered.
Our room was fine and we enjoyed the people we met.
The food was sensational and well worth it.
Join in the journey of helping to bring an old master back to life.

Overnight stay on the return trip to Victoria
The Junee Hotel is a grand old lady but has seen better days - it would have been amazing in it's heyday when the town was a thriving stop on the rail route. The current owner/s are obviously trying to renovate but it will cost a fortune. The bedroom was very comfortable and the bathroom was adequate. The cost was very affordable and the staff were friendly in the bar downstairs where we had an evening meal - good country pub food at a reasonable price. If some more funding could be obtained to continue the renovations it would be an amazing character filled property. It has huge potential
The Junee Hotel is being restored and it's beautiful. The owner Branden was so nice and friendly not to mention very accommodating in our very late check in it was no problem. We drove 14 hrs to attend our sons March out Parade from Kapooka being 25 mins from Junee the drive was not an issue. The beds are all amazingly comfortable , the food absolutely delicious 😋. Our only issue was it was may and we from Brisbane so we were cold, lol BUT overall a wonderful stay at a BEAUTIFUL country NSW pub. THANK YOU TO ALL STAFF FOR A GREAT STAY. we stayed 3 nights and would highly recommend STAYING AT THE JUNEE HOTEL.

Brendan was good host. He let us into the room early and explained all the access codes/times etc. We didn't eat at the pub but there were plenty of people having lunch when we arrived. This is a large, old, pub and has plenty of character. It also has a bit of wear and tear, as you find in most of our old pubs. The bedroom was clean and simple (no vanity ) and the beds were excellent. The bathrooms need a little thought - only one hook in the cubicles to keep your things dry and nowhere else to put them.

Very easy to hook.
Need a chair in the room. The toilet in the bathroom needs replacing.
Bathrooms do look better and cleaner in white. The charcoal colour is very dingy.
