"The hotel was quite quiet during the day, it seems most people were in the parks, this meant not much choice for food or drinks in hotel during the day. But loved the connection to the parks and being able to walk just 15mins to be in Portaventura, but also option to walk to the beach in around 15minutes too. "The rooms are very big. The cimplex is HUGE. I was looking forward to a swim in the indoor pool, as advertised. But there isnt a swimming pool. There is an enormous thermal mineral spa (1000m) on site that people travel here to use. The hotel charge €37 to go in. But on a saturday you have to pre book and it was full. Also, the hotel website advertise a room, including dinner and entry to the thermal spa for same as we paid via expedia, for just a room!!!"

"Very clean, large and modern room but the bed was very hard and the room was noisy due to the volume of other room doors as they close and children screaming in the corridors - but this is a resort so screaming kids is probably to be expected.
