We were so grateful to Vilma for her help and service! They stored our luggage for us after we'd checked out so we didn't have to take it everywhere with us until it was time to go to the ferry. Staffing is great. Front desk and transport were friendly efficient and helpful. The problem was there was no hot water in the building and no advance notification to that effect. Supposed to be repaired the day I checked out so I'll be confirming that before I stay again!
