"Can't beat the location and the staff tries very hard. It isn't the Four Seasons and part of the charm is this old hotel building where no two rooms seem to be the same. But this room was on the third floor and nice and quiet!"

"Nice stay, comfy bed and pillows. Advertised a Mountain View and my view was of old dilapidated buildings, trash all down the hillside. And windows in the buildings that stared right into my hotel window. I kept my curtains closed the whole time! False advertising. It also advertised a pub, which had closed. Wanted a restaurant onsite. Also false advertising. Staff was very nice. "

The bedding was so generous we could open the screened windows all night, waking up to birds and the rising sun was beautiful. Our room was exceptionally private, and the provided snacks were a lovely treat. When we stay next time, we'll try the jetted tub!"
