Built in the 30s and renovated several times through the years, most recently in 2017, this 3 bedroom and 2 bath home is in a town so quiet you can hear alfalfa growing. Walk out the door and you're on the mellow brick road to all Southern Utah national parks and natural wonders.
The living room offers space for conversation and relaxing. Wifi is available as well as an HD TV with local stations and Roku so you can stream videos, TV shows, and movies. If you have an Amazon or Netflix account, you sign in with your account and view movies during your stay. A CD player and DVD player are available to use with the TV. Some CDs and DVDs are there to use.
The kitchen contains cups, plates, silverware, and many cooking utensils. It offers an electric range, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, and pots and pans. A clothes washer and dryer are also available.
One bedroom offers a queen bed. The second bedroom has a queen and a twim bunk bed set. The third bedroom contains a queen bed and a twin bed. There are two hide-a-bed couches in the living room for extra sleeping space.
Two bathrooms, one bathroom has a full-sized bathtub and the second bathroom has a stand-up shower.
The house sits on 1.25 acres of which about 1/4 is planted with grass and embedded with mature trees. There is an uncovered patio off the back porch with a BBQ grill and long serving table.

Fuel: Junction has one gas station on Main Street.
Prepared Food: Nearest cafes are in Circleville 6 miles to the south and Marysvale 15 miles to the north.
Cell Phone Service: Cell service is very spotty. Verizon network is the only carrier that works in the area and cell phone signal tends to come and go.
The property is surrounded by many southern Utah attractions, most within a three-hour drive.

ATTENTION! If you are planning on visiting the Eagle Point Ski Resort, you need to know that you cannot access it from the Junction side of the mountain. It is a dirt road that is not maintained in the winter. To get to Eagle Point you have to get to Interstate 15 via Utah state road 20 to the south, or you must go to I-15 via I-70 to the north. You can only get to the resort by going through Beaver Utah.
