"I'm thrilled I chose this hotel. It's a 5 minute walk from the main train station, meaning it was easy to get anywhere in Cologne. The communal area is quality with lots of comfy seating, wifi and charging plugs. It was busy with lots of younger people, friendly atmosphere. No complaints of the room at all, as you'd expect from a decent city hotel. "

"Hotel has beautiful views over the river and is close to the chocolate museum. Very close to the city centre and very easy to walk to cathedral, shops and train station However the hotel itself looked like it could do with some work. Paintwork and carpets looked grubby and 1 lift was out of order our entire stay and the other did not work for part of it. Not ideal when your room is on the 4th floor"

"I was upgraded to a larger room for free, but the bed had a literal divide in the middle that kept coming apart. More than once I almost fell through the middle. I appreciate the gesture, but my original single bed would have been more appropriate. Otherwise nice, but sparce. The bathroom was very clean and the decor was cute."

"A quirky choice for a weekend in Cologne. And although it is a hub for remote working it didn’t feel corporate. The breakfast in the restaurant was great and the monkey bar is better than most hotel bars. Lots of thoughtful touches dotted about. We appreciated the “runners corner” with local maps, fruit, water and complimentary sweatbands. Would definitely stay here again and recommend !"

"Der Aufenthalt von 2 übernachtungen war gut. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Betten waren sehr weich. Das bad war groß und schön ausgestattet. Lediglich ein duschregal war nicht angebracht. Hat auf dem boden gelegen. Ich glaube es gab keine klimaanlage. Vor hitze gab es wenig abhilfe. Es war nicht einfach sich zurecht zu machen in einen so warmen Zimmer. Das war das einzige das mich gestört hat. "

"Cosy living space with a fully equipped kitchen (it's got everything you need, even a freezer inside the fridge) and otherwise everything you need. The garden is around the corner from the front door, so I couldn't see my dog from inside but you can close the gate towards the street so that's not really a problem. My dog and I had a lovely time.
