Enjoying a poor environment is therefore ideally suited for people with allergies !!

Behind the dunes, in the 'Villaparc Duynopgangh' (very quiet park), the thatched holiday villa, nestled in a dune landscape on a spacious garden plot (very sunny plot) with south-facing terrace, located directly on a Fleet (small fence available). Before the house are 2 parking spaces. On 120 square meters you will find comfort and cosiness. On the ground floor is a spacious living room with fireplace, reading area, open kitchen with a cozy dining area, shower room and separate. Guest toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds, one room with 2 single beds. Compared to the bathroom with whirlpool tub / shower you can use the infrared sauna and sunbed next door to relaxation. Ideal for 2 families! We have a heart for children. Bobycar, cot and high chair are available. The wagon is the short walk to the beach for fun and there you will find a private beach cabin with deck chairs (ca. In mid-April - September). Games and books for all ages are a welcome change in a fire in the fireplace. The right place for rest and relaxation!

Other sport and leisure activities: In the immediate vicinity: mini golf, tennis, children's playground and a bowling alley / cycling, canoeing and inline skate rental / horse farm. In about 5 minutes away by car: subtropical swimming pool with a 22 m high pyramid with a giant slide, children's pool, sauna, whirlpool, tanning bed / golf course with driving range 'on water', 9-hole family golf for everyone, Jeu de boules.

Nearby Establishment: Den Helder, 4 km to Naval Museum, brand new: 'Cape Holland' 40-acre theme park, Fort Kijkduin, Kathe Kruse Doll Museum. Texel Museum lightship Natte Dok on the old imperial shipyard Willemsoord or explore the island on a Busrundtour. Schagen, about 20 miles: old Dutch town, Merkado Shopping Centre, Thursdays market (in season with folklore and costume parade). Alkmaar, about 35 miles: historic old town with modern pedestrian zone, Fridays historic cheese market (April to September) and Saturday a large weekly market. Treat yourself to a trip on the canal! Enkhuizen, about 35 miles: Zuiderzee (open-air) museum for young and old. Hoorn - Medemblik on the IJsselmeer, about 35 km every Saturday from April to October gasp steam locomotives of the museum little train there and back.

Schönes Häuschen hinter den Dünen
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und gemütlichen Aufenthalt in dem Häuschen, welches wirklich keine Wünsche offenhält.

"Villa" voldoet niet aan de verwachtingen
Op sommige punten teleurstellend met name: Het beddegoed zeer matig (te klein en gaten) "kussens" veel te klein. Geen ruimte voor boodschappen etc. Er staan veel spullen van vorige huurders. Beneden douche kan je niet ophangen. Sluitwerk van de ramen in de slaapkamers matig. (achterstallig onderhoud) Huurprijs te hoog voor deze woning

Schönes Haus, hätte sauberer sein müssen und das 3. SZ ist nicht für Teenager geeignet
Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, das Haus ist sehr schön, war alles vorhanden, leider war das Haus aber nicht wirklich sauber (Boden und Bäder, zudem hatte der Vormieter offenbar 2 Pfannen ungespült (!) in den Schrank gestellt). Das 3. Schlafzimmer ist ein reines Kinderzimmer, nicht für Teenager geeignet. Leider (ist aber ein Problem des Parks)sind am letzten Wochenende noch Jungerwachsene auf der anderen Seite eingezogen und haben viel Lärm gemacht.

Gut gelegenes Haus für Familien
Ein sehr komfortables und schönes Haus. Wir, vier Erwachsene mit Kleinkind, haben uns ausgesprochen wohlgefühlt. Besonders die Strandnähe empfanden wir als sehr angenehm. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.

Schrankenschlüssel und Badezimmer
Das Haus war sehr schön. Wenn man aber mt 2 Autos anreist, sollte man auch 2 Schlüssel für die Schranke erhalten. Man unternimmt ja nicht Immer alles zusammen und kommt nicht immer zeitgleich zurück. Das kleine Badezimmer nur mit Dusche wäre besser mit einer geschlossenen duschwand. Mit dem Vorhang steht nach dem Duschen das Bad unter Wasser.

Schönes toll ausgestattetes Haus!
Super schönes Haus in toller Lage mit wirklich allen Annehmlichkeiten. Sauberkeit und Checkin/Checkout auch 1A! Das einzige was uns gerade mit kleinen Kindern gestört hat waren die fehlenden Abdunklungsmöglichkeiten in den Schlafzimmern.

Idyllisches Ferienhaus nicht weit vom Dünenübergang
Tolle Anlage mit schöner Terrasse in idyllischer Umgebung. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir waren zu viert und das Haus bot uns alles was für einen angenehmen Urlaub nötig war. Prima Lage, weil nah zum Strand, nah zum Kanuverleih und zum Naturschutzgebiet mit schönen Fahrradwegen. Kleines Manko: das dritte Schlafzimmer (das ohne Abbildung) benötigten wir für einen Erwachsenen, dafür war es allerdings eher bedingt geeignet. Es handelt sich um ein ausgesprochenes Kinderzimmer mit zwei ungewöhnlich hohen Einzelbetten. Wir konnten uns damit aber arrangieren.

Schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage
Das Haus ist sehr schön, jedoch eher für 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder, da die Betten im Kinderzimmer verhältnismäßig klein sind. An der Ausstattung ist noch Luft nach oben, aber alles in allem ok.

Leider nicht das was es verspricht ..
Das Haus ist groß und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auf den ersten Blick ist auch alles sehr sauber. WLAN hat leider die ganze Woche nicht funktioniert, nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter, wurde uns hierfür eine Erstattung angeboten. Es war trotzdem ärgerlich, da hier auch die Fernsehprogramme drüber laufen. Aus der Whirlpool Badewanne kam leider der Schmutz der letzten Monate, wirklich ekelerregend. Hinter der Sonnenbank lagen leere Flaschen und sehr viel Staub, auch die Sonnenbank selber war zu gestaubt. Das untere Bad kann wirklich nur von schlanken Menschen genutzt werden, sehr eng und keine Möglichkeit etwas aufzuhängen. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht, hier war alles sauber. Leider nur keine Fläche um Lebensmittel zu deponieren. Die Fenster lassen sich im kompletten Erdgeschoss nicht öffnen, lediglich die Terrassentür kann geöffnet werden. Was zum durchlüften nicht ausreichend ist. Trotzdem konnten wir uns erholen, auch Dank der schönen Sauna.

erholsamer Urlaub in einem schönen Haus in toller Lage
Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit einem befreundeten Ehepaar in diesem toll ausgestatteten Haus nicht weit vom Strand verbracht. Hervorzuheben sind die sehr bequemen Boxspringbetten. Erholung pur. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Kurzurlaub mit Mehrwert
Wenn man in so ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus kommt, beginnt der Urlaub schon am der Haustür. Schon im Vorfeld konnte der Vermieter mit Freundlichkeit punkten und das Haus hält alles was das Inserat verspricht. Einfach zum Wohl fühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Nette und gepflegte Unterkunft
Das Häuschen war liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und ausreichend. Für einen Kurzurlaub auch sehr gut gelegen. Allerdings sollte man ein Auto haben um die nötigsten Dinge einzukaufen.
