"I called to hotel in advance to let them know I was arriving early and needed to check in early for a funeral that afternoon. I requested two joint rooms. And was told I would be able to check early and that two rooms joint together would be set aside for me and party. But when we arrived, they change my reservation to different rooms claiming they don’t hold rooms for guest. So I was a little disappointed with that. Felt I was not fully accommodated. Everything else was fine. "

"The Proximity always feels like coming home again. It’s beautiful, warm and welcoming. The rooms are super comfortable and efficient. The staff was nice enough to let me have an early check in even though I was planning to work in the lobby until check in time. The lobby has Nespresso lattes in the morning.
