SPA deck has individual shades for extra privacy in 4 directions protecting against both summer sun exposure.
Lots of shade trees and outside spaces including a front patio, back deck with forested views and spa deck. Privacy abounds with front patio for sipping morning coffee, bird watching or BBQ at any time.
180 degree views from the back deck are great for private sunbathing, an intimate meal and a memorable romantic sunset.
The cabin has two mini splits, one located in the living room and second one in the dining area. A brand new AC unit has been installed in the bedroom. Units can be used as heaters.
Our easy Fire TV (WiFi/internet operated) has your favorite apps for enjoyment such a Netflix, HBO, YouTube, etc and our High Speed 48Mbps Internet will allow you to watch movies while using multiple devices.
Extra desk with two chairs for remote working available; bring our lap top.

EXPLORING JULIAN:
Our Location is privilege! Julian town at 4,200' in the mountains of SoCal & 1.5hrs from SD beaches and 30 minutes from Borrego Springs.
Hiking trails, breweries, wineries and restaurants about one to a couple of miles from our house. Check inside our House Manual for location and details.
Cuyamaca Lake is about 15min from our location. Rent a boat, paddle boat, a kayak, get your fishing license and enjoy lunch right after at The Pub at Lake Cuyamaca.
Also about 21 miles from Mt Laguna with beautiful panoramic views and a couple of new restaurants The Outpost by Valley Farm and Pine House Cafe & Tavern.
Our location also takes you to Banner Rd so you can easily drive around town thru Farmers and Wynola Rd to avoid any extra traffic for some holidays or simply for a change of scenery and a beautiful drive overlooking our local mountains.
We are only 30 miles from Borrego Springs if you are like to explore a bit more on the East side of our mountain.
Drive to Old Julian Highway to visit for more wineries, located on Highway 78 west, right before the Camel Farm, the only one across the USA!
Ramona is our nearest big city, 22 miles west on Highway 78.
CABIN SPACE:
Cabin for two (no visitors without authorization).
Extra small buildings outside/shades are for owners usage and storage only.
Parking space for two cars only on parallel near the property fence.
IMPORTANT:
*Guests have access to the whole top floor, deck, gardens, outdoor hot tub, patio & bbq.
Feel free to walk around our property to enjoy bird watching and connection with nature.
*Be aware that outside noise travels far in the back country; the mountain carries the sound.
*Lower level space is Owner's Private Quarters/Personal Storage Only.
HOUSE RULES:
*Check-in: 4pm / Check-out: 11am (no exceptions).
*NO smoking, Vaping, real candles allowed at the property.
*Parking space for two cars only on parallel near the property fence.
*NO pets.
Please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours 9 pm to 8 am.
*NO parties and or gatherings.
*NO weapons of any kind, NO hunting.
Any violation of our house rules, will cost you a $300 plus extra cleaning.
CLEANING FEE: $135
HOLIDAYS: A 3 (three) Minimum Night Stay for Holidays is required.
Example: Ester Weekend/March 29-April1, 2024.
