"I have stayed at the Oaks Gateway Townsville several times before and have always been impressed with the standard of service, quality of accommodation and location. This was my first time in a studio apartment and I was not disappointed. The room was spacious, in very good condition and had a fabulous outlook. Customer service is always a priority and nothing is too much trouble for Steven and Jamie on Reception. There are numerous dining options on Palmer Street and getting into the City Centre is a short and pleasant walk. I don't stay anywhere else when visiting Townsville."

Very well presented, tasty and great serving size. an asset to the hotel. The facilities are well catered with Gym, Pool , full Laundry all onsite and of high quality. "
